Blizzard Boba — Restaurant in Eagle

My boyfriend and I went for boba after seeing the signs that a new boba shop opened up in town. I have tried every boba shop in this valley between Vail and Gypsum and have been disappointed with every single one. I had high hopes for this little shop, and oh boy, I was not disappointed! My brown sugar boba and my boyfriend’s cookie butter brew are excellent!!! I’m sipping on mine now as I write this review. I’m very pleased to say I have finally found my favorite boba shop, and we will both be customers for life. 🥰

So happy a boba place opened in Eagle! The owner is so sweet & has done an amazing job with such a creative menu. I got the matcha with boba & ube foam, as well as avocado toast. My boyfriend got the croissant waffle & a fruit tea with popping boba. We absolutely loved everything it was all sooo good. We have had alot of different bobas before & are pretty picky about it.
