He answered all my crazy wisdoms with a smile and enthusiasm most brick and mortar places lack. He suggested some cigars I'd never tried before and made the purchasing process as easy as breathing. I felt like I'd known him 20 years. After I bought a handful of sticks, I sat down in the beautiful lounge filled with plush leather chairs, wall mounted tv's and the most comfortable smoking environment I've been in for quite some time and had a smoke with Nick.
