My husband bought a engagement ring/ band set there for our 10 year anniversary. An attempt at an upgrade. What garbage. A pretty set but just at the 1 year mark I noticed stones missing from the band. We went for them to be replaced which they were because it was covered by the years warranty. Not three months later 2 more stones fell out of the band. Had to pay for those stones to be replaced. Again not 6 months later 3 stones missing from the band. Refuse to go back and give them even more money. My original set, 13 years later, still has every single stone. Never had to get it fixed. I would not recommend this jeweler.

response to owner number one not understanding how you reviewed my purchase history when it was purchased and serviced under my husbands information. Also I work a desk job and place my ring in a holder as soon as I get home so there should be no wear and tear strong enough to knock out stones . Number two you write as if you fixed my ring in repose to this review at no cost as opposed to writing a review to invite me in for said repair. No repair has occurred...still walking around with...

My further husband and I stumbled upon this humble establishment whilst shopping for an engagement ring. We were greeted by Gabriel and spent over an hour looking at all shapes and settings of rings. I explained that I had no idea what my dislikes and likes were. Gabriel was patient and knowledgeable enough to assist me every step of the way. We looked into customizations but after consulting with the store’s Northern location, we had the option of viewing some more rings from their inventory the following day. The service is beyond amazing & they surely look out for all your wants & needs! I ended up settling with an existing setting + the Past Present Future style but opted to have my ring done in 14K Yellow Gold along with a gold wedding band. I was given a timeline of 3 weeks for completion but this was completed in about 5 days! This frustrating and exhausting process was effortless with Allure. I’m in total and complete awe with this ring! I will be returning for all my jewelry needs. …& hopefully my betrothed will someday get my upgrade...

Horrible!! Run from this place. Don’t believe their 5 star reviews as I’m sure they’re all by their friends and family. Here is a true experience with this shady place. They sold my husband a Movado watch for my birthday gift which developed a bubble like crack inside of the sapphire glass 2 days after we picked it up. When we returned it to the store they told us they will mail it back to the Movado for repairs and it can take up to 4 weeks. They called my husband 5 days later that the watch is ready. My husband picked it up and didn’t notice that the sapphire glass on the watch now has chip from improper installation. Apparently my watch was never shipped to Movado for repair. They used someone locally and by doing so they voided the warranty on the watch and as authorized dealers they should have know better. They are now telling us we need to pay $100 for it to be repaired. This watch has not been worn for more than a day and should have had 2 years warranty on it....
