Nemo's Beverage — Local services in East Cleveland

I have a registered service animal who, by law, can accompany me into any place of business. I walked to this store to buy supplies for a party I was entertaining that evening as I don't drive and this was only place within walking distance that carried alcoholic beverages. I was met outside by whom I assume to be the owner and was rudely told that I could not enter with my dog. I explained to him that she is a registered service dog and by law I had the right to enter and offered to show him the license. He refused and told me to go elsewhere. I even offered to give him my order and credit card indicating that I would wait outside. An employee was standing right beside him and told him she'd be happy to do that yet again, he refused. I was in disbelief especially after my offer to give him my credit card and my dog and I would not go in. I could have easily reported his business but I decided it wasn't worth the effort because he is ignorant about the laws for disabled individuals with service animals. I like Nemo's liquor store they're very fast the people are there are very polite and of course you really can't say nothing about the liquor prices because they're the same all around but the service is the great thing so that's why I shop at nimmo's plus they have a selection of other goods and tobacco products and snacks that you can buy I just don't like the outside is very messy they need to clean it up out there it looks like a part of East Cleveland normal it should be cleaner shouldn't have all that trash around it shouldn't have all those people begging you for change that stuff is aggravating I don't mind the guys out there selling CDs at least they are trying to make some money and try to make something for themselves and not begging but you guys out there begging go somewhere else go get a job if you can stay out there bad go get a job I mean really if you wet and cold and you still stayed outside when you can be inside of a nice warm job and get a guaranteed check FYI you didn't hear from me cuz I'm not the...

My boyfriend and I stopped here and I felt welcome as though I knew the staff. I was impressed with the customer service in this store. I asked about a liquor that they were not familiar with. I told the young lady that I didn't want them to go through any trouble and I would just take something else. 3 or 4 workers were looking for Grand Marnier.... again I told them not to go through the trouble when one of the workers came from the storage area with an entire case!
