Our visit was at the location on Euclid & Superior Ave in Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday January 23rd, 2019 at approximately 9:30p- 10:00pm. The lobby was closed so we used the drive thru and the employee who took our order was VERY RUDE to us and also SHORT WITH us when we needed to ask questions about items on the menu. We live an hour South of Cleveland and our last visit to Cleveland was on December 26th, 2018 and we went to the location on Carnegie Ave and went inside to place our order and ALL of the employees were EXTREMELY NICE, professional and answered any questions about the menu items and while we were waiting on our food, the cashier gave us 2 complimentary beverages. Our order was for the special going on at that time which was a 20 piece chicken with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits. However, when we arrived back home and prepared to eat, our order was missing the biscuits, and of course we weren't going to drive back up to Cleveland for 4 biscuits. On our visit Jan 23rd, I explained to the cashier working the Drive Thru at the Euclid and Superior Ave location about the missing biscuits from the Carnegie Ave location and her RUDE short reply was "Ain't nothin I can do about it, ya'll should have called or sumthin' " she was VERY ADIMATE and NASTY about it! Also, the food was VERY DRY and we were given no napkins and when I asked for honey, she threw it in the bag as if we were inconveniencing her. I called the Store on Carnegie Ave location tonight (Fri January 25th, 2019 at 9:36pm) and spoke with Semika (store manager) since the Euclid Ave store did not answer on several attempts from 9- 9:55pm tonight Friday January 25th, 2019 as the Carnegie Ave store manager Semika suggested I do. However, she stated that she would replace the order from the Euclid & Superior incident on December 26th, 2019. WHAT A SHAME that an employee of that nature is representing your store!!! We will NEVER visit that Euclid and Superior store EVER again because of that VERY RUDE employee. She needs severely REPREMANDED, and told how to treat Customers. We shall also be spreading the word to our family and friends that reside in Cleveland, Ohio Sincerely, 2 Very Disappointed Out of Town...
Read moreThis place is a joke! ....I went in to pick up an Uber eats order (8 sandwiches) there was no communication as to how long it would take I just waited patiently. After about 10min I ask how long would it be and nobody tried to find an answer one guy said "I couldn't tell you" I ask the girl was the chicken NOT ready or something she said "we have the chicken, he just haven't made the sandwiches". I'm just speechless at this point because those sandwiches have literally 2 ingredients THAT'S IT. It was unorganized as ever drive thru guy walking around not in his station unprofessional through the mic , manager not managing he's just quite the whole time, one girl cursing, another walks off to go outside it was unreal....I eventually just left it was too terrible to watch any longer. Not too mention the visit before this which went similar to this one only that night the manager was a woman and she was far from quite like this one, she was extremely rude but she did have better control over the flow of service, I do give her that. Only issue was when she said "I'm not giving orders unless y'all confirm" which is cool but it's how you say it, I told her I would when I got the orders because that's the only way I'll get paid! I didn't come in here to deal with this shut for free popeyes (what I was thinking). One ready she said again "did you confirm?" I LASHED BACK...Is it ready?! She said yes this one is yours right here (no drink). I told her "they have a coke " she asked someone to make it. Yes, she did all that! Do not go here unless you want...

They still didn’t have my order ready. The parking spaces were filled. They already had customers in the drive-through pulling into the front to wait for their order there’s no space for me to park so instead of bringing me my food they told me to keep circling the block til the food was ready when I refuse they told me they were canceling my order and close the window another rep came to the window and said move. I said I’m waiting for my food. Then they proceeded to call the police because I would not leave without my food that I already paid for unacceptable and to this day I have yet to receive my refund can’t reach anybody to speak to this is unacceptable never...
