LOVE this shop. I come in here at least once a month. In February, I purchased my Puffco Pro Guardian (which was the best purchase I’ve made and was worth every penny). I was able to call the store to confirm they had it in stock and the person I spoke to was so nice, he asked me to give him a list of any accessories or other items I wanted so he could have everything ready for me! I arrived to pick everything up about an hour or two later and everything was perfect! All of the items I requested were waiting for me! Of course I have to look around every time I go in lol. I’ve never had any of the people who work there become annoyed with me for asking questions and sometimes I ask a lot of them… unlike the people who work in other shops, the people who work here are very willing to answer my questions and actually seem interested in what they’re talking about! Oh! Another really amazing thing about this place is from time to time, they offer classes on all kinds of things!! I am really looking forward to taking one. Overall, the enthusiasm of the fine people who work here make Puffcity stand out. I’d give them 10...

I love coming here! Wide selection of e-cigarettes and vapes, which are such a great price and never fake compared to a lot of other places. I have not tried their other products but this would be the place to go to when I do. It is always clean and organized. Service is great as well, the employees are always so nice and happy to help me even when I’ve come close to closing time!...
