I typically donāt write reviews, but Iām hoping that it may help someone. I visited this location to ask a question about my account. I was not greeted, not even once. I stood in the store for, roughly 15 minutes and was still not greeted or asked if I could be assisted. There was only one worker and she was assisting a gentleman. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking that she would eventually acknowledge me. However, another gentleman walked in and was greeted right away. I continued to wait to speak with her, being mindful that she was with a customer. It was the end of this gentlemanās transaction and she was sitting there waiting for his contacts to be transferred having a conversation with him. At the very least she could have acknowledged my presence at that point and asked me if I needed some help or what I needed assistance with. At that point, not only did the other customer that came in after me leave, but I left as well. Unfortunately, I will never visit the Mount Pleasant Verizon store EVER in the future and Iāll be sure to share my experience with my friends and family. I will take my business elsewhere. I hope that the associate learns more about customer service and learns to multitask, especially when she is the only one working and she has more than one customer in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible service. Unwilling to even change the sim card on my ipad. I would have to replace it via the insurance insurance or take it to best buy and have them fix it. The last straw for the Verizon nightmare. So.. At&t across the plaza, put in a sim card and it worked. So they also sold me a new phone for 1 dollar a month and my bill was cut almost in half. Plus I now have 5g . I went back to Verizon to delete the remaining hot spot but she couldn't help with that either. Call customer service..... They can't access my account because my phone number is no longer active in their system. They will send an email. Waiting..... no email. What email did you send it to? They can't tell me what the email address is, only verify it. So I read off my email addresses, nope none of them. I need the email address I used when I originally signed up with them years ago. Sorry, without the email access he can't see my address or other information to verify. Can't text me the link nor can they send it to a different address. I have given up for today. I will try to find a location that can possibly help get me out of the ongoing Verizon nightmare.
Next day. Called the same customer service number and spoke with an American this time. No issues done and resolved...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to wireless zone to start service and buy a new phone. The employee ported my number incorrectly resulting in needing to order another phone from a corporate store and having it activated there. The original phone bought from wireless zone then needed returned. The manager refused to waive the restock fee on the phone even after admitting it needed returned because of their mistake. I was guided by Verizon for every step of the process and they told me I would not have to pay restock fees due to it being the storeās fault. I was told verbatim from the manager that they are a private store and it is 100 percent on the customer if they cannot activate a new phone. I am also unable to return the screen protector that is on the unusable phone. Please beware, and use a corporate store. I chose to go here to save 20 minutes of drive time and now I am paying the price. Next step is to see if Verizon corporate and the better business bureau can help. Every detail of the mistake made is documented and can be confirmed by Verizon, this is a factual...
