What a fun thing to do in the summer! We saw Dispicable ME 4(?) and we saw Inside Out 2. What a great double feature. Cost at that time was $11-adult, $6- 11&under.
2 things- I would bring a battery radio. You don't want your battery to die (although they have signs everywhere saying they will jump a vehicle.) You also don't want to waste gas. There are NO LONGER speakers for you to park near. Summer nights are great- except when they are HOT! Bring a battery/rechargeable fan if you have one. The temp around 11 PM was 78°. I recommend checking the temps prior.
Other things to note- Concession stand is a million degrees, bathrooms are available (bring sanitizer), the gate people were very friendly. No sitting on the roof. My kids got told to get down. A LOT of people leave after the first showing, especially if it's a kid film. We got home (around 20-25 min away), after the last feature, around 1AM. There is a sheetz close by for a coffee!
DEFINITELY take your kids. It's one of the few places left and one of the few activities from when you...
Read moreMy wife and I attend the Evergreen regularly, this week was no exception. The price is $10 per person for two movies, not sure about kids prices. Screen #1 is the largest, usually getting the newest releases. With #2 and #3 being smaller, getting the movies that have been out for a while. Viewing on all is usually good, with weekends being very crowded. Pets are allowed, but must be leashed. Food at the snack bar is very good and yes it is true that they make their money on concession, not box office. Nothing like being outside on a nice night watching a movie under the stars! Highly...

I haven’t been to many but this is one of the better ones I’ve been to. Though the entrance is a bit tight for a truck once you’re inside it is spacious to move around be in. Another feature is that they had movies on three ginormous screens and played a total of six movies! Maybe not impressive to some but it was to me. The video played was all digital and the sound on the FM stations they used were loud and crystal clear. I was honestly surprised at how good an experience we had.
This place makes me wish we had one of these I...
