Be cautious when making an appointment here. I tried to reschedule my appointment 22 hours and 15 minutes in advance, but I was met with an abrupt "OMG!" response with no further explanation. After a while, I received another message saying:

"Your appointment for a men's haircut was canceled. Your short notice makes us and our customers hurt. Nobody cancels like that."

I was taken aback by this reaction, as I was never informed of any cancellation policy at the time of booking.
