Catering/Wedding - We worked with Katie to cater/deliver 160 cupcakes and a 8" cake for our wedding. We would 150% recommend Mitten Raised! Katie (owner) was amazing from the moment I inquired about her services (about 6 months prior) to when she delivered them with her team. We ended up getting strawberry shortcake and lemon drops in a cake cup, and shoreline and a marbled decorative cupcakes, They were all delicious and our guests are still raving about them. We also ordered a simple white cake for us to cut, and honestly it was one of my favorites - it was just the right amount of sweetness, flavor, and texture!

Katie was also very responsive and sweet throughout multiple emails. I had to change the count and flavors multiple times, and she responded instantly and always in a friendly manner. We've also been into Mitten Raised for separate sweet-treat occasions, and it never disappoints!

Please consider catering through Mitten Raised! We love their baked goods, professionality, and if we were to ever have a large event again - I would book them in...

If you have severe allergies, do NOT go here. My roommate had an allergic reaction here after I specifically told the staff to be careful and wary of the fact that she is allergic to dairy and nuts. The staff were not helpful and lacked responsibility over the issue, claiming that there is no way it could have been a result of using the wrong milk and cross contaminating, even though she had no other food or drinks at all that day. The reaction started almost immediately after drinking the coffee, so there is truly no other possible way that this could have been caused by something else besides the drink. Obviously, the situation is not about the money, but management didn’t even offer a refund option after I explained the situation. I understand mistakes happen, but I wish more responsibility and accountability could have been taken to resolve...

My boyfriend and I loved mitten raised. The hearty sparty was our favorite breakfast on the weekends and the flavored cold brew drinks were amazing - they still are. However, for how often we went, our order always seemed to take the longest even though we’re ordering for just 2. People behind us were getting their orders before us. One time I was given a coffee coupon for drinks I never order, which I guess was a nice gesture for having to wait 25 minutes for my order. Their hours are horrible also. Lastly, neither my boyfriend or I were able to get cakes for our birthdays. I reached out in October for my boyfriends end of December birthday and was told they were too backed up and weren’t taking any custom orders in December. We will definitely be limiting our visits here...
