New ownership! My new favorite #coffee shop. Super cute, bright, and clean! Lots of outlets, so it's a great place for studying :)

Make It Sweet bakery owner is the new owner of Toaste.

Today, I tasted the Jambon and their egg sandwich. The focaccia bread is made from scratch, in house, with fig jam and truffle mayo. It was DIVINE!

The chef/owner makes her own bread and makes the jam and even the ham all from scratch. Y'all, I can't emphasize it enough. I want the sandwich again... super high quality, considering we're in a small town lol

I also tried their matcha latte and their banana creme latte. Super unique and pairs sooo well with the sandwiches.

Come support your local coffee shop!! The husband owner is a #Spartan #Broad alumni, so #gogreen ! They also have a coupon card, so make sure you get a stamp!

Oh, they also sell their Make It Sweet brioche donuts. Soft and chewy, and the custard inside is perfect sweetness and so creamy.

Ok, I'll stop lol :) I'm just so happy this place is open because it's sooo hard to find a good place to study, with outlet, with cute vibe, with high quality yet affordable food, unique drinks, and great dessert, plus...

Delicious food. Simple menu. Great dessert and drinks. My two complaints. It's expensive. Should be cheaper. Everything is pretty much $10 and separate. So for example...sandwich, dessert, and drink is $31 with tax.... even more expensive with tip. Prices should be a lot lower, or have specials often. Because you don't get a lot for the price. Because of the high prices, this is a place I can only go to as a "Treat" to myself, every now and then. I wish I could go often, but money doesn't go on trees for me....so because of that I've only been able to go like 4 times only. On Toaste Facebook's page the old menu is still posted. I was able to see the difference in prices, the increase. they should go back to those old prices....and also update your menu prices on Facebook. Second complaint. Service is very slow. I went with my friend, took forever to get our food. Despite those few complaint...overall everything...

A few weeks ago, my wife and I hit up our local Facebook community for recommendations on where to get an exceptional grilled cheese sandwich, and Toaste is where the majority of the comments told us to go. Today we finally decided to check it out, and I'm so glad that we did! We both ordered the grilled cheese (4.99 each), a bowl of tomato bisque to share (also 4.99 I believe), and I also ordered a fresh fruit smoothie (5.99). The chef actually refused to make me a strawberry and kiwi smoothie unless I added mango to it, which I thought was hilarious. To her credit, the smoothie ended up being fantastic so I'm definitely not complaining! :) The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean, peaceful, with dark and mellow tones, and was well suited to the style of food that they serve. I'm giving this restaurant a 10/10, and will definitely be stopping by again when the next...

I wanted to celebrate National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day on April 12th. Some of my friends had suggested that I try TOASTE for a unique Grilled Cheese Sandwich experience. That morning, I ordered the Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich combo with a Bowl of their Herb Tomato Bisque and a fresh, light side salad. The Sandwich was warm, and gooey - the pesto and cheese, along with the nicely toasted in-house-made bread, tasted wonderful together. The bisque, albeit on the more brothy side than creamy, was full of flavor and nice-sized pieces of tomato. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. With vocal jazz playing throughout, it was Mission Accomplished in meeting my Grilled Cheese expectation. I will want to try other sandwiches on their menu in the future.

I suggested my team go to our monthly team lunch here this month and it was an amazing experience. There is about 10 people on my team and people working were very nice, attentive and overall amazing. They got us all our food around the same time and they even called us all by name. They lady running the place, who I assume is the owner, was very excited and gave a great atmosphere with her excitement and even the people in the back making the food were present to interact with. The food looked amazing and tasted even better in my opinion. I Will be going again and some of my team members also expressed their interest in returning.
