We visited on a busy sunday morning, approximately 1030am. There were 5 or 6 tables ahead of us, and we expected a long wait, but was very happy when just after 10 minutes or so, we were seated. Staff was friendly, smiling faces everywhere. We started our meal with coffee and water. Usually coffee and most restaurants is very strong and unbecoming, but this was actually delicious. There were plenty of flavored creamers on the table, and it was enjoyable. The menu seemed a bit lacking, but with few options, I had high hopes that it was a limited menu so that they would all cooked to perfection, so it wouldn't be over complicated. I ordered the the south west bowl, a side of chorizo, and a side of sausage gravy. My bowl came with polenta instead of toast, and i was excited to try their version of biscuits and gravy, which is polenta cakes and gravy, and the girlfriend had the Verde good omelette with post potatoes, and an English muffin. Upon receiving our food. My gravy was broken and had a strange yellow/brown hue. My opinion was that it was burned from being held way too hot, and that also caused it to break. The flavor wasnt horrible, but you could def taste the over cooked roux. The chorizo patties were by far the best part, but literally exactly what you would expect, nothing special. The potatoes on both mine and her plate, were old and extremely over cooked. They were extremely hard and almost inedible. She left over half on her plate, and considering that the portion was super minimal, that was discouraging. The skillet i ordered came with over easy eggs but I subbed over medium, and they were cooked perfect. It was topped with hollandaise sauce, and unfourtnatly, this was also broken, although it had a good flavor. Highly doubt it was housemade, as it tasted processed and had no distinct tart tast come through from the lemon juice as you would expect from a house made hollandaise, but it was good. My girlfriends omelet was good, however the raw egg that had to be scraped off the top was unacceptable. I highly doubt that we will come back, as the prices were extremely too high for the low quality execution, of what could be,...

I was excited to try this. If there is one thing a breakfast place should do well is coffee, and plenty of it. Imagine my surprise when my server never came back to offer a refill or check on my satisfaction with my dish. I waved down a passing server with a pot and had her top off my coffee. When my server finally checked on me I asked for a box and more coffee. She told me that their policy had changed that morning and refills would be $3.50! I guess I "stole" that first refill but I wasn't going to pay for another, though it was very good coffee. And they don't have Half&Half, only flavored creamer, which I don't like. Not sure if they were out our simply choose not to offer it. My server didn't know.

The space is bright, clean and cheerful. Staff were pleasant though my server wasn't very attentive. My breakfast was tasty, but lukewarm. The eggs were cooked really well, and the inclusion of sweet potatoes was really good. Coffee is the problem. Probably some wrinkles to iron out but I can't imagine a brunch place without coffee refills.

EDIT: They have since revised their policy and coffee refills are free! I have been back twice and the food is very good and it has been consistent, which is a big...

Brunch Vibes at The Morning Post ☀️🍴 Had the best kind of morning with my mom and one of my favorite people—laughs, good food, and drinks that kept us smiling. The Morning Post totally delivered. We kicked things off with peach Bellinis and a rotating Collins that kept changing flavors like it had a personality of its own. Super refreshing and just the right amount of bougie. the food? We went all in: The pumpkin spice pancake was fluffy and cozy, like fall wrapped in syrup. French toast was buttery, golden, and just sweet enough to make you close your eyes for a second. The Southwest Bowl had that perfect mix of spice and crunch—felt like a hug with a kick. The Mexican Mess was wild in the best way—cheesy, spicy, and totally addictive. And the Sunrise BLT? Crispy bacon, creamy egg, fresh tomato… it was giving breakfast sandwich royalty.

The whole vibe was relaxed and happy—just good people, good food, and zero stress. If you’re looking for a spot that feels like a warm hug with a side of mimosas, this is it. Zak our server definitely topped off the whole experience with great...

5 stars all around! The Morning Post was just wonderful! So happy we made it out here to try it. We started with coffee and splitting the Bagel and Lox as an appetizer and then dove into our entrees. The bagel & lox was full of flavor with the lemon dill cream cheese and generously topped. The steak omelette was cooked to perfection! and paired with yummy hash browns and crusty sour dough bread. Their eggs Benedict all come on top of polenta cakes which was a nice change from a traditional English muffin which is hard to cut. The mushroom ragu with filet was great! I really appreciated how all of the dishes seemed well thought out and consistently good. Shout out to our server Kristen who was informative, friendly and kept our coffees filled. The restrooms were also clean and well supplied. Overall one of the better new places I’ve been to in a long time! I’ll be excited to come back soon.
