If I could rate this no stars, I would.... I went in because my phone screen glitched horribly, I thought oh this is something any phone tech would be able to fix in store and not only 1 but 2 associates, including the useless manager, refused to even attempt anything to figure out the route of my samsung galaxy S23 Ultras issue, mind you I pay for the insurance on my policy. Additionally, my phone had a minor crack on the screen in the corner, but was functional up until a phone call the morning of the glitch. Instead of fixing the glitch issue and filing a claim for the screen repair, they wanted to attempt to get me to upgrade and purchase another phone.... for hundres of dollars.... The so called "manager" told be to go into UBreakIFix, but refused to offer any help or even file a claim for the screen repair.... Frustrated and at wits end I went to the Beaver Falls location, spoke with Devin, the manager, about my phone's issue and he had it fixed and back to its working self in 2 minutes. He even made a point to express that the "glitch was a well know softwear update issue! The calcutta location is a complete joke and the "phone experts" are less to be desired... Read moreStupidly, we bought a new phone in Calcutta,OH instead of going to the Steubenville store in the mall. What I thought would be a simple process of upgrading my father from a flip phone to a smart phone became a nightmare. Noah at the Steubenville store discovered that when Josh @ the Calcutta store cut down the old SIM card to transfer contacts, he not only did NOT import them to the new phone, he left the OLD CUT UP SIM card from a flip phone in the brand new J3. Josh also left the new phone in "park" status. This phone was useless to us. Nothing worked...no 4G, no text messages..Noah @Steubenville also caught that the "optional" insurance that I told him I never agreed to in the 1st place was on there as a start date of 5 weeks in the future!! (Locking in their commission perhaps🤷♀️). Needless to say we were flabbergasted by all that Noah found out Josh screwed up for us. Read moreJust did upgrade there today with store manager John. After leaving my son stayed behind to complete the transaction. After leaving the store my son called told me that while he talking with John about how much he pays for his two lines. John said to him that I'm ripping my son off and he's paying too much for the two lines. My son pays me 125 for both lines and when we looked at the actual bill amount it should be 128. So I called the store and spoke with John I asked him why he told my son I was ripping him off and he replied he didn't say that he just showed my son the rates for the two lines which is a total LIE. I then asked what he said and he would not responded then I asked who the manager was to file a complaint. He responded he was the manager and I asked then who can I go to to file a complaint he said no one. I repeatedly asked and he refused saying he did not have to give me any contact information to file a complaint againt him. Then he just hung the phone up.
