Me, my 2 brothers, and my dad needed boots and rain suits for the next day. We had everything we needed and had some time to kill so we decided to look at the baby chickens. We saw a sign to be careful with the chicks with hand sanitizer next to it so we thought we could open the gate and hold them. A worker named “Tom” came up to us and said “Don’t open that gate”. My brother thought he was joking because of how serious he was and the man said “You have to leave the store”. My brother, trying to be polite, said “sorry I didn’t know” and the guy kept telling us to leave and threatened to call the police. We didn’t want to cause trouble so we bought our stuff and left. If I could rate 0 stars I would. My trip here was good right up until I went to go over the the baby chickens. There is 2 small signs stating that team that members only were allowed to handle chickens(that I did not notice). Then I was approached by a man supposedly by the name of Tom. Tom was a real d**k. He approached me while I was opening the gate and told me to leave the store and that I was super disrespectful. It would not of been a big deal if he approached me and asked me nicely and then it would of been over and this review would not have existed. I had visited this Tractor Supply one evening with a friend. Entering the store I noticed that the workers take care of the store very well, it was organized and clean. After, I had entered the store I was greeted very kindly by a cashier named Jalyn. We had asked if the store had Butane Torches, Ratchet Straps and Dewalt Tools. Jalyn was able to point us in the right direction without hesitation or asking another employee. On our way out of the store she was willing to help find anything else we were looking for.
