Burger King — Restaurant in Ohio

I rarely come to this Burger King anymore. Or any Burger King really. Corporate changed their mayo and their ranch so now they're downright nasty. Ranch is a popular dipping sauce with our family and I usually enjoy mayo on my sandwiches. But I just can't. Then this particular location is ridiculous. You either get cold food, incorrect food, or food that's probably just been sitting around most of the day. And most of the workers are snot nosed kids that wouldn't give you the time of day let alone be nice to you. It's literally a waste of time and money every time I've given this...

Several times recently my son in law took my granddaughters to Calcutta Burger King to eat and play only to be told after he paid for a meal that the play area was closed for maintenance. Today, April 10, 2022, he called before taking 3 kids there to find out if the play area would be open. He was told it would ! Sure enough after he paid for 3 kids' and one adult meal he was told the play area was closed for maintenance ! You need to tell people the play area is out of bounds before they pay for meals. All the kids got very sick the same day playing in the play yard. Dr. said it was HFMD. I called and warned the manager that it was from their location and was told that they have crew members that sanitize every FOUR HOURS. You'd think with HFMD on the rise this year, as well as Covid cases, they'd sanitize every two, if that? I've been here twice before and have never seen them actually go INTO the play yard to sanitize..Won't be returning.
