El Paso Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Ohio

Went here for the first time today (mothers day). The outside appearance of the restaurant, I was expecting something cramped and humid. When we walked in, the first thing I noticed was how spacious the restaurant is! Beautiful stone tiles on the floor, lovely light fixtures give it a beautiful atmosphere. The salsa wasn't as spicy as we like, but our waiter (Miguel) brought us some red and green hot sauce and told us to mix it in the salsa and try it. That made it perfect! 😊

Our drinks never emptied, our chips and salsa stayed full, and the food was delicious! I was also given a beautiful red rose for being a mother and a dessert plate with some cinnamon sugar totillias with honey on them. (I'm not sure what they are called, but the thought and effort that went into making the visit special for not only us, but all the mothers, has earned my respect) I will definitely visit again in...

The waiter came and told me that my gift card was declined, but two purchases where made on my card during the time I was paying for my food. They claimed it wasn't from them. I also got my card back without all of the black and white barcode on it just a few numbers were left. I called the company and my card went through for two separate transactions during the time the waiter had my card, but they claimed it wasn't them. I paid another way and I'm having it investigated. The manger didn't do anything. I will never ever return there again. They better return my money to me. I have proof and evidence on my side. Y'all messed with the wrong woman!!!!!! Don't use your debit or credit cards there!!!!...

I was pleased to be greeted with alot of hospitality when we arrived. I requested a seat at the bar, and was abliged. I didnt know what I wanted so I asked our server for a recommendation, I also informed him im not picky and love all types of food, from spicey to sea food. He was very helpful and suggested a burrito with steak, shrimp, and chicken. I was very satisfied that my opinions where taken into consideration and enjoyed the meal very much. The food was prepared above expectation and I feel the ingredients where fresh and flavorful. I look forward to my next visit as I can't wait to get another recommendation of wich dish...
