Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

Very disrespectful.Today is 12/06/2023 and this happened between 8pm an 8:20pm.I walked in the store the employee at the register looked at me then walked away.She said nothing,no greeting at all,a customer walked in after me they also said nothing to her but gave her order.A second customer walked in they said nothing to him a few minutes later they gave him his order.They had to be doordashers then I asked about my order being that no one said anything to me as of yet.Thats when I was asked to wait a little longer with no exact time stamp.The employees are rude they do not greet you and act as if you're not there.The work ethic Toco Bell practices are sub-par,your employees customer service is for lack of a better word is upsetting.If you have integrity you will re-train employees to properly serve the public and discuss how their job sucks in-front of us or express it in their lack of communication and customer service...YOU SHOULD HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES AT A HIGHER STANDARD.SECRET SHOPPERS WOULD WOK WONDERS IN RESHAPING THE ATTITUDE OF SAID TOCO BELL...

5:46 P.M. March 26, 2025 TACO BELL Calcutta Robin Sloppy In my car just finished eating inside. I give 25 stars. Worker's were amazing. Watched 1 worker wipe down were you return your tray & garbage can. Tables were clean, & while when you walk in it says order here (digital ) I went to the counter, ordered 2 soft taco supreme a worker was waiting at the register for me to order. I ate & watched customers with their families 2 young sister's sat at a table while waiting for mom talking saing thank you to each other. I googled on line one review says they charge the price of a soft drink for you to get water from fountain. That upset me. But I went to the register & asked. Answer no we don't charge for water. I told her a review says you charge the price of a soft drink for fountain water. And I told her Arby's in Columbiana Rt. 14 charges $.50 What will I find in corrupt Pa. (Where I live) Can't wait to see there was one napkin under a table & a few very small spots on floor. P.S. my bill was $6.41...

The food was good, one of my favorite places to eat. But everything is so expensive. Also the girl at the window is always so rude idk why or what the problem ever is but she hands your stuff out with a attitude Everytime, rolls her eyes, or hands you 1 single napkin if you ask for some and always has a attitude, or will be there laughing with another co worker then look at you with disgust. I love Taco Bell but we haven't went recently because of that and because of the prices, and everything hasn't been as good as it used to be . Our favorite things are the chicken chluippas and the Doritos tacos. And last time I got the chluippas the crust was so hard you couldn't even bite into it without it crumbing...
