Waited standing at the window to check in for over 15 minutes with the front desk person looking straight at me while on the phone and other staff saw me standing there. Which was with another person with Dental care and not a patient because she was talking about what she needed to do about a patient that was coming in the next day. She could have placed that person on hold to take my name and get me checked in which takes all of 1 minute. Finally someone checked me in which was past my appointment time at that point I then waited an additional 10-15 minutes to be called back. They want you to be there on time for your appointment and remind you several times that day about it but the office staff doesn’t seem to value your time when you get there even early. The dental assistant/hygienist was very cordial and caring. She took her time and explained what she was doing. The dentist Dr. Cararie was very thorough however it seemed he was pushing for multiple crowns and root canals. I had asked when I called in if I would be getting 2 of my teeth filled where it had chipped off around an existing filling and was told by the person scheduling my appointment that it would be taken care of that day. I only received and evaluation which was $50 out of my pocket that my insurance had as a deductible and didn’t get anything done but a plan for 6 appointments that will cost me out of my pocket $3000. Told reception desk I can’t afford that and just wanted it filled. They told me here is an application for Care Credit you can apply for you can even use it for pet care. I said I am on a fixed income I can’t afford the $3000. She said she would have the office manager call me the next day about a different program that they would have taken directly out of my bank account. I said I just want my tooth filled they said just wait and talk with the office manager. This appointment was on June 27th it is July 1st and I still have not received a call from the manager. But I sure did get not 1 but 4 reminder texts of my appointment with Complete Dental Care. I feel they are just out to make as much money off of you as they can and don’t listen nor care about the patient’s ability to pay for the remainder of the bill the insurance...
Read moreHad a horrible experience with them. Had an abscessed tooth that was in dire need of attention. It was constantly popping and draining pus. I called to make an appointment and I finally got one 2 months later. It was my first visit there and not only did they not clean my teeth like they said they would but they told me they would have to pull my tooth and the tooth next to it which just had the tip of my filling missing sent me away and made an appointment two months later! On top of that they only gave me enough amoxicillin to last me a month. My tooth keep getting more abscessed so I called to ask them for a refill of my amoxicillin and the receptionist was extremely rude and told us to call back Friday because they were busy! Then we call back Friday and they hang up on us. I had to get my PCP to get my antibiotic or else I would not be here writing this review. Then after all the said and done they postpone my appointment for another two months and tell me that is the soonest they can get me in. After being on antibiotics for an insanely ridiculous four months I had enough. I followed my gut instincts and found another dentist and not only did they save my tooth and gave me a root canal the very next day that we called and gave us a next day appointment but they also told me my other tooth could be saved and they would fit me with a crown. They also asked me if the other dentist had cleaned my teeth and I said no they did not and they seemed pretty disgusted and appalled. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. Very rude and very...
Read moreI have a HUGE fear of getting dental work and I have been to some not-so-great facilities. I also was very ashamed of the condition of my teeth, so it's a lot mentally to just get in a chair and have the conversation. My first visit was amazing. They were so kind to me and took a lot of shame and fear off me. This place has a lot of volume, but you could never tell. Never a long wait, the treatment areas are very clean, booking goes smoothly, their availability for sooner-than-later issues is great. They are great on pinpointing all of your costs after insurance prior to work and for future appointments if you need to plan around those costs. The staff is wonderful, patient, and Dr Franks bedside manner is TERRIFIC. He's very thorough explaining your condition and plan. I had extractions today and not only was he and the nurse so patient and supportive, but I was shocked at how little discomfort I had. Their positive attitudes and calm demeanor went much further than them fixing my teeth. One of their staff even took my card and did my payment for me as I numbed in the room so I didn't have to deal with checking out afterwards. I am for the first time in my life excited to get the rest of the work I need completed, and so grateful for such a great practice...they will always have my business! If you're on google trying to pick through the search results looking for the best dentist ever,...
