I have the best experience in this East Liverpool cricket store ever!!!!! Leroy is phenomenal guy he knows what he is doing fantastic job!! He sure does deserve a huge raise. His a great guy knows what he's doing wonderful service and helped me and a friend get new phone's and phenomenal service with our phones. He's a very upstanding young man for sure always has a smile on his face always knows his stuff. Which is such a relief after being without service at our old company boost. They were horrible!! I been with this company for six years never had a problem at all until I call the store and try to use my upgrade clause I was told when I signed up that I would not have to pay anything because it would be covered but it turned out I have to pay for it and I been using this first phone that is a standing ovation one with 32gb of storage space and so forth I had my son on my plan and i was getting charged $90 for both but now when I took him off they will not take me off the family plan and switch it back to the $30 plan I hade from start that's the only...

Sales girl was rude and I waited for nearly an hour to get my phone turned on. There was only one other customer in the store to be waited on first. Train your employees to be kinder to their customers and there should definitely be more than one sales associate.
