The doctor seemed to be alright. Waited a while in the waiting room of course. Have had 2 visits here and I needed them to call in albuateral for my 9 month old baby boy who was previously diagnosed with RSV. Thank gosh he is done and over with it now. But he had his appointment and the doctor told us if his cough came back just to give her a call and she would have no problem calling in his breathing treatment meds. 2 days past and finally I got a call back saying she would not call it in. The second appt my son had been having fevers. But come to find out it was from him teething. With that appt I had also asked the doctor whom was different than the doctor we had seen at the first appt, to call him in some Tylenol or motrin so I could use his insurance because at the time I was running very low on funds. Of course they wouldn't even do that. But I ha e to continue to take my child here because the other doctors I have called in the area are not accepting...

On Friday, November 19 I had an unfortunate circumstance with my leg where I’ve had some minor surgery done. After having my stitches removed a few days earlier the area where the surgery occurred re-opened causing a large gash where I had that surgery done a few weeks earlier. I immediately called the doctors office and they got me in that afternoon . Dr. Jackson and her two residents stayed over to help stitch my leg back up . Had not Dr. Jackson and her staff not helped me out I’m not sure what I would have done because the surgery office was also closed and I had to work the next day.
