I go here pretty often and never really had an issue before. The food isn’t the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten but good. Typically the service is fine. I went today and it was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. I went in with 13 people, 11 paying adults/kids and 2 kids under 2 so they were free. It was for my son’s birthday. There were times when the waitress disappeared for a long period of time but then she would show up to clear the plates. I noticed the waitress counting the number of people at our table. It took her a few times to count and I thought I was going to have trouble when the bill came. Then it was time to pay and they overcharged me for one kids dinner. I explained that when I went to pay. As she’s taking it off the waitress came up and argued with her in Chinese. I thought that was so rude but I payed and went back to the table to get ready to go. Later as we are getting ready to go the waitress comes to me and says in broken English there are 12. I explained and counted the people with her but she still says 12 people. She has me go to the front where I payed my bill to argue with me that there is 12. The other worker told me she was saying there were 12 people that needed to be paid for. I explained to her we had 11 adults/ kids and 2 free kids. She saw that there were 11 people and the waitress missed counted and told us to have a good day as I was leaving they were still arguing. After that incident I’m not going to go back. Shame on the waitress for still arguing after being proved she missed counted the people. If there was an option I would...
Read moreFirst of all I would like to say that the overall place was hell. When I walked in the amount of dirty people was insane. All of the food had at least something wrong with it. There was cross contamination in the hibachi bar, hair in the ice cream, the rice looked crazy yellow, plastic wrapper in the sugar donuts, and what looked to be some sort of blood from humans or meat in the desert tray. Other than that the food tastes unbearably sweet and if it wasn’t sweet it was dry with absolutely no flavor. Their “soft drinks” are not actually from a dispenser. They are from 2 liter bottles. Only drink water? Well you’re in luck because they ever so kindly drop fortunes in your drink. Apart from the food the service wasn’t too terrible except when you couldn’t understand the waitress when she talked. The waitress also came over and swept under the table almost hitting our feet in the middle of our meal. I mean I love their effort on keeping the place clean but please do it when we leave. As I was finishing my meal I had to use the restroom. Everything was fine there except for the hole in the wall underneath the paper towel dispenser with exposed wires. I guess it’s to shock you back to life after dying of aids from eating the food. To finish it all off I was walking and almost slipped due to the fact of the 4 foot circle of ice on the walkway. Not to mention the 1.5 foot ice cycles hanging from the roof that would definitely leave a mark if I fell down. Anyways I highly recommend this lovely...

We honestly did not think we were at the right place when we pulled in because the windows are so dark and dirty that it looked abandoned. The outside of the building and inside seating areas look and feel like they haven't been updated or deep cleaned since the 80s - and not in a cool, retro way, but in a greasy/dingy way. The food area, though, is clean and well-lit. The sushi was honestly not bad/a bit better than I thought it should be and I liked the hibachi - I didn't like, though, that all of the raw meats, vegetables, etc were just kind of sitting out on the cold-buffet. I ate it anyways haha and it was pretty decent, even though the rice that was on the buffet to use was almost cemented together. The rest of the food was not good, even awful, and I honestly could not understand why so many people were coming in to get to-go of this food. It was flavorless & so greasy (I tried a bit of nearly everything) and it was obviously out a bit too long (dinner buffet at 330, we were there at 5) because the rice was literally crispy. Even the drinks were off - it's obvious the fountain machine hasn't been cleaned in just about as long because my Pepsi tasted more like a weird mix of cola, Dr Pepper, and root beer. Bonus points that it was only $13.99/person, though, so there is that. I'm an adventurous eater who forgives a lot but I would quite literally not go there...
