Sergey's Smoke & Nautical Gift shop — Local services in East Lyme

CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS. I am from out of town and bought vapes on August 14th from this shop, no problem, then went back to my home state. Today, September 14th, I got a charge for almost $50 from this shop again. Luckily it was flagged and I wasn’t charged because I watch my money religiously. I have not been in Connecticut since 8/14- there’s no way this charge is legit. Reporting it to the BBB as well.

Reply: unfortunately it is a different transaction for a different amount on my card than my original purchase and it tried to be fraudulently charged again today as well as yesterday from your institution. I filed a report with the BBB so if they do research and find that it’s a “glitch,” I will take down my review. . I called to check for some items Ive been trying to get for the last two weeks with no luck. My son told me about "Sergey's" I called, and had the pleasure of speaking with Sergy himself. He was so polite, accommodating, and answered every question asked. Oh, and he had what I was looking for for two weeks.
