We have a network that they service. They spent about 5 hours fiddling and said they couldn't fix it. When they switched the computers, the system went down and magically was able to be up and running in two minutes. According to one of my coworkers, another time, an employee came in, stood in the doorway, played on his phone and then called in to work and stated he replaced two switches. Yet, he never entered the room nor did he...
