TOP GRADE VAPORS — Local services in Kennett Township

I have been a customer here since a few months back, when I was leaving a client's house in the Kennett area, ran out of e-juice, and had no idea where to go, as I am not too familiar with the area. I did a quick google search, found this shop and saw their reviews, and decided to give them a try. I've been using vapes for years and let me just say, not all vape shops are the same. Not. even. a. little.

When I say I have never received better customer service in my life, I mean it. Erica is such a sweetheart, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and remembers your name. Bill greets you with a smile (also remembers your name), treats you like family, and both take the time to educate you on their products and what products will best meet your needs. Most shops will sell you on a product that is not even close to what you want or need, just to sell. It's not surprising at all that Top Grade Vapors has such a loyal customer base. Even if you have a vape shop that's closer to you, you HAVE to try Top Grade Vapors! It's well worth the extra few minute drive. Ive been going to this shop for about two months now. I'm very happy with the customer service; the staff is really helpful. Pricing on the kits/mods is the only thing that upset me about Top Grade Vapors.

I purchased two vape kits from them, only later to find out I paid double the price for the same units I saw online. Although, the staff was helpful with all the questions I had about the functionality following my purchase. They even replaced one coil for free since one of the ones I got had malfunctioned.

I do definitely appreciate their selection of e-juices, and the pricing with the juice as well. Specifically, their "Rip It" CBD oil and house juice is on point with quality and flavor and is also fair priced. Another great thing about their e-juice is that they lay out samples of each flavor to try for free.

I will just be purchasing my tanks and mods online in the future, though. All in all, a cool little shop which I enjoy...
