Midnight Tavern — Restaurant in East Naples

Midnight Tavern is ruined for me and I’ll never go back or recommend that anyone goes there. The food is typically good and I’ve never had issues with the service until my last visit.

I am not a person who usually questions the check or tries not to pay my bills. The check had 2 items that I didn’t recognize on it and I simply walked up to the server and asked what the 2 extra items were. She explained that my friends had ordered those items and they were just on my check. I handed her my card, paid the check and left a 27% tip. ($55 plus $15 tip).

This is where it gets crazy. A few minutes later, the owner approached me and accuses me of trying to dispute my check and not pay! I quickly responded by saying it was already paid and I didn’t know what he was talking about. He told me loudly in my face to “shut the Fxxx up!” At this point, I walked away and left his restaurant.

The owner wants to defend his actions by blaming others or even lying about the chain of events. I’ll chalk it up to him confusing me with another customer but I didn’t ask for credit or receive any concessions. I accepted the server’s explanation and paid the check in full.

I have copies if they want to review it further but I am 100% done with this place. It’s unacceptable to treat people who spend money at your place with such a high level...

We go to Midnight tavern all the time and just recently we went and somebody stole about 3,000 off of my boyfriends credit card. Well we are in the process of having it investigated but midnight tavern was literally the only place we went that day and I didn't really think too much into it but we went to midnight tavern last night and they tried to scam my mom out of 80 dollars when she only bought one drink... I'm not saying it's for sure midnight tavern that stole our money but they tried to steal from my mom last night by randomly charging 70 something dollars when they had already taken out the 8 dollars from my moms account. And my mom said that she has heard from other people that midnight tavern is known for trying to scam people. So needless to say, I won't be going back there again and I hope to find out that it wasn't them that stole the 3,000 but honestly at this point I really think it's them that stole all my boyfriends money from his account. I'm just letting people know to watch out. I think they wait till it looks like people are too drunk to know what they spent and they are taking...

Midnight Tavern is hands down one of the best spots in Naples for great food, drinks, and an all-around fun atmosphere! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly service and a welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.

The food was incredible—everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The burgers were juicy, the wings were crispy and packed with flavor, and the appetizers were perfect for sharing. They also have a great selection of drinks, and the $12 bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys on weekends were a fantastic deal!

The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of TVs for sports fans, live music on select nights, and both indoor and outdoor seating. The dog-friendly patio was a huge plus!

Whether you're looking for a casual meal, a fun night out with friends, or a great place to catch the game, Midnight Tavern delivers on all fronts!
