My situation required a pool and fast. Love an In ground, great but out of the question, why? time delays and cost. Options, country club membership, or above ground. I have not owned an above ground pool before, but enjoyed a few swims in poor choices in some neighbor's back yard. But I'm no SME on pools. But I gotta guy. You see, Mike is an above ground pool SME and so is the team at Recreational Warehouse. No really. They have a full 2500 gallon premium above ground swimming pool in the showroom (no swimming allowed). And they have different models and sizes. The construction we choose is all dark steel frame. Very smart looking. The promotion at the time added some extras, pool equipment needed, a ladder upgrade. The whisper quiet filter & pump system is included. And then Jeff and his team they outsource installation to, awesome guys. My next responsibility, select the location for the install and kill the grass. My hack?: instead of R@!#dup, I used 30% Vinegar and solar salts. Delivery happened 2 days prior to installation and came neatly shrink wrapped and on a pallet, had it placed by forklift near the site. The install team arrived at 745am, started at 8am and worked with purpose until 12pm then a break to eat and hydrate. Did I mention the coral heads they crushed, found buried in my yard? At it again, they worked until 2pm when the pool was upright and 1/4 full of water... and we all went swimming the very next morning! I went to the Naples location to purchase a Hot Springs Spa. This was my second purchase from this location. My first purchase was years ago and went smoothly.

I spoke with the same sales agent I purchased the first spa from. I showed him a drawing of the area with rough dimensions and outlet locations. He assured me that the area was suitable and didn’t violate any codes or ordinances. I asked if he wanted to send someone to look at the space. He declined and assured me that there was no issues.

Upon arrival of the spa, I enlisted an electrician to make sure everything was setup properly with the correct voltage. Turns out, the spa did not allow for enough space between the outlets and the water. So far, I considered this an honest mistake.

I went back to the store and spoke with the same sales agent. He immediately said “oh no. That is way too close to the outlets.” So, he knew at the initial sale! I asked for them to pick up the spa and issue me a refund because it became unusable for me.

He was argumentative regarding the refund and demanded a $400 restocking charge. I feel completely taken advantage of by recreational warehouse. The sales agent made a mistake, or lied, but either way it was their error! They should have acted as a professional business and issued me a full refund.

We moved from Buffalo Grove, Illinois to Naples, Florida. We were referred to Recreational Warehouse from a close friend about purchasing an outside kitchen for our Lanai. Upon entering the store it was busy but Doug took time to say hello and when finished we were next. Anyway, after two visits and a phone call we purchased are ready built kitchen with Premium Bull Products through Doug. Everything Doug said was true! Doug, was transferred to the Fort Myers store and then Rich took over. The transition was seem less. Rich has been great prior to delivery and now one year later is helping us again with our outdoor fridge. In short, Bull(Mfg.) without any hassle is shipping out to us a new replacement outdoor refrigerator. Bull, a class company along with Recreational Warehouse have two excellent employees in both Doug and Rich. When considering an outdoor kitchen, pool supplies, grilling appliances ,etc don’t waste your time go to the Best...Recreational Warehouse they are very FAIR and EASY ...to work with...
