We highly recommend the Mercedes Benz of Naples dealership. As happy owners of a new 2024 CPO Mercedes Benz, we wanted to thank the staff that made the experience successful.

The service we received at this dealership was outstanding starting with the service department. Our service advisor is Tony Pinho. We have been happy with his support throughout many of my service needs for a couple years. Recently servicing my 2015 MB, I mentioned to Tony that we were looking to replace my car with a white 2024 CPO but couldn’t find one in inventory in any of the surrounding dealerships. He talked to sales and referred us to Tom Holeva.

Tom Holevas was extremely helpful in our purchase of a white CPO 2024 car. They had a loaner in white that was being released for sale in January 2025. When we told him we would like to purchase the car , Tom handled everything to get it ready for us even before January. He initiated the paperwork, gave us a good trade-in value for our old car, and started the process to get the car CPO certified, detailed, and windows tinted. We were able to purchase and pickup the car even earlier than expected. Tom kept us informed throughout the process, and even sent us pictures after the car windows were tinted. He was there when we came to pickup the car and made sure we were satisfied with our new car.

The day of pickup went smoothly from financing to concierge set-up of the car electronics/Mercedes me app. Both Alex and Daianna were very helpful and informative. In all honesty, the new technology on the 2024 cars is a bit overwhelming but very state of the art.

9/18/2024 Arrived for my service appointment and was greeted by Sam who very patiently made sure that I had everything I needed so that I could leave my car. Sam made sure that Steve, my service rep knew I had arrived. Steve helped me get through the paper work to be sure everything needed was on the list. Needed some additional paperwork done so we went to see Alex, she was very professional and walked me through her part of the process.Returned to Steve who took me to where I would be taking a loaner for the day. Everyone was very attentive even made sure that the seat in the loaner was right for me. Returned the next day; Steve again reviewed everything that was done. And did I mention they did a great job washing my car! Looks like I am all ready for another year with my GLE-SUV. Thank you Mercedes of Naples!

11/1/2023 Our lease is coming to an end and we have decided to purchase our leased vehicle. Mercedes financial has made the process very easy; everything is on line, they have been very helpful.

Mercedes in Naples continues to go above and beyond customer service . What is worse than realizing your tire is going flat; finding out when you are on your way to a hospital appointment at 4 AM?!?! I waited and called Mercedes at 7:30 AM, frantic but my service representative Steven assured me I would not have a problem driving to dealership because”I have go flat tires”. I’ve only done a handful of reviews in the past on Google but Mercedes-Benz of Naples and Ann Margaret Ross definitely deserve all the praises!! This is the second Mercedes I have purchased from Ann Margaret and I can’t begin tell you how amazing she has been to work with! Both times I found myself shopping for a vehicle with her I had some very complicated Financial scenarios to work through. Ann Margaret (my saleswoman) and Joseph Irpino (business manager) walked me step-by-step through the process from beginning to end. As I mentioned this is the second C class I have purchased through the Mercedes dealership in Naples and the customer service I have received has been top-notch! My vehicle has always been impeccably maintained and when I went in for regular service appointments I was always provided with a loaner at no charge. The last C class I purchased from them three years ago had 137,000 miles on it when I traded it in today and I have never had one single mechanical issue with the vehicle, not one! Just upgraded to this newer C class with less than 7000 miles on it. I put well over 100 miles a day on my vehicle so a bumper-to-bumper warranty with unlimited mileage is imperative. I have owned everything from Cadillacs to BMWs and everything in between and hands-down the Mercedes has been the best running vehicle I’ve ever owned quality wise. I really can’t praise Ann and the other mercedes employees enough. She has gained a customer for life with me and I plan to return to them and her when I need another vehicle in the future.
