Consistently terrible customer service that is boarder line rude half of the time. I usually shrug and think " well, it's Walmart" but today was particularly aggravating. An item I picked up was busted open, and then taped up with a bunch of $3 price tags (original price $9). Coming up to the checkout the girl tells me it will be full price. Is annoyed when I ask for verification, because it clearly is damaged and says $3. The other associate eventually comes over. The two mumble something in another language and then the second lady walks off without even looking at or acknowledging me. Seriously, Walmart? What kind of service is that? I don't have high expectations but that is seriously scrapping the barrel here. The proper thing would have been to at least give me an explanation and apologize for the inconvenience(at minimum). This store is located in a convenient place for me. But I will be shopping elsewhere, even if at a slightly higher price point, I deserve to be valued and appreciated as a customer. If I'm not and Walmart feels like it is too big and great to be appreciative I will happily go somewhere else where I will be. I'm sick of being brushed off and disregarded and made to feel like IM the inconvenience by asking an employee for help,...
Read moreBUYERS BEWARE! We got a vaccum cleaner at this location. 3 hrs later we opened it, screws were missing and the chord was chewed! We took it back right away, and the csr said she can't take it back because it was used. I pointed out the chord she got the so called manager over and they started speaking creole back and forth and he said nope it's used. I called walmart cs number. A week later we both had the day off. Walmart csr said to call if we had any problems. I kept them on the phone the whole time. The team lead was very rude accusing us of keeping the new one and returned an old one. She stepped away from us to call someone. How rude? Why couldn't she talk to them in front of us? I still had the csr on the phone and he kept apologizing. She came over i asked what was happening she said we're ringing it through our system I asked what was next and she rolled her eyes asking how we wanted our money back. I don't cheat anyone in my life. Never have. Why would I point out the chewed chord if I was trying to be sneaky? I fight for what is fair. Both members that were a step higher than a regular associate was just rude. I will never ever go back...
Read moreI checked myself out made two separate purchases, no signs in the self checkout indicate it's credit/debit only! The Wal-Mart cashier supervising self checkout assisted me in paying cash for the clothing items when I discovered this lack of information. Then, when I was leaving the blue vest just outside the corral asked for my receipt for the water! Not the clothing item still on a hanger that didn't fit In a bag? I wasn't happy. I get it, I worked retail loss prevention in college but it's not logic driving associate questions for receipts. .. might need to be a tiny bit more observant? I am already super aggravated that lines are so long for both types of checkouts and there are barely any live cashiers during the day, but to be asked for receipts when I leave in this scenario? Unacceptable..am going to modify visits to nil. My time is worth spending a few cents more elsewhere and not be insulted for complying with your inadequate setup. Besides I don't get to go to the Christmas party for learning self checkout...or overcharging myself. As I've done several times...
