Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

I just started coming to this store because it's convenient in location. Every time I do, I have an unpleasant experience, particularly with one barista - Angie. Firstly, she is EXTREMELY rude and unnecessarily aggressive. She has berated and yelled at me SEVERAL times for no reason at all, other than her own poor attitude problem. Knowing that I never cause issues, I've given her no reason to behave that way towards me. She speaks to me like I'm an infant, and it's horribly demeaning, and off-putting. I don't come here to be mistreated, ESPECIALLY when I take time to give tips. This has made my overall customer experience daunting and uncomfortable whenever I see her and try to avoid her at ALL costs. She needs to be properly trained in customer service because she is the rudest barista in the store, with the nastiest, most disgusting attitude. And if she's in a supervisory role - which I believe she is - that makes her behavior all the WORSE.

At the very least, my coffee and pastry were tasty. Thank YOU, to the baristas who are ACTUALLY courteous, kind, and RESPECTFUL. Hopefully, they don't mirror Angie's...

Can someone please teach the tall skinny guy that wears his dark hair in a bun how to make frappuccino’s? 2nd time I ordered a S’mores and today, I don’t know what I got. What was that? No whipped cream on the bottom, and the mocha sauce is not the same taste as was before, (if you’re out of the normal one, then tell us so I can expect the change in TASTE!!!!) I asked for extra graham cracker topping on the bottom and top and I got less than the normal drink recipe!!??? What happened? I also don’t think they put the flavoring in the frappuccino because it tasted like a coffee frappuccino and I also didn’t taste the marshmallow tasting whipped cream so I got the normal whipped cream that goes with the other drinks. Total let down. I was craving this drink all day and I get it and it’s a different drink. I went to this starbucks because when the drink first came out it was absolutely delicious...now in the afternoons when I come and this guy makes it it is horrible. Don’t think I am coming back here again. ...

This is my local Starbucks. And I just got done spending a lot of money on drinks and cakes for me and the family. And all the coffees were made wrong every time I get it the pumpkin cold brew it’s perfect and this time it was just too dark not done right it was bitter I had to put a lot of creamer in it at home to make it taste good. So I called and spoke to the manager Jay he was absolutely amazing went above and beyond in customer service I was nice I explained what had happened and he Completely refunded me for everything even the cakes were delicious and I told him that but he refunded me for all the coffees and the cakes. I am beyond impressed with that customer service and JAY is the bomb he did the right thing as a manager and he’s the best customer service I have seen in a very long time .
