K.C.‘s Parrot 41 — Restaurant in East Naples

The staff and owner here are the most rude I've ever met in the service industry. The waiter was a mid 30's guy and kinda built. He seemed more interested in flirting with girls then tending to tables. It looked like he had some locals that meant the world to him and everyone else who came in was invisible to him. Took over a 30 min to get our order taken then over a hour to be served food. Bey9nd taking our order and serving the food he literally never checked on us again. I walked up to the bar to get our table some drinks and he literally yelled at me and said to sit down and he will come to me. Meanwhile we been trying to get his attention for 15 or more min. I love parrot. The vibe of the restaurant is always chill and the bar is always lively. The only reason food isn’t a 5 for me is because I haven’t tried everything. That doesn’t mean the menu is drawn out and pack full of stuff, rather the food I have ordered is so good and I always get the same few things I need too stop by and try more things! I can’t review the bartending or drink making skills but my partner has never had any bad things too say about them and they are very generous with shots. Service is always super friendly I’m usually always greater with love and kindness and it’s always so welcoming. Ordered a patty melt last night on doordash. Had one last week and it was really good for them not having rye bread. I was looking forward to the same thing and repeated my order this week. Last night's melt came without the onions and the garlic aioli sauce. It was just very salty meat and cheese on an extreme overly buttered toast. Seems like a very simple sandwich, I'm shocked they sent that out of the kitchen. Seems like they have good deals but I doubt I'll order again now that they pulled that.
