If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My family and I had the most awful and most uncomfortable experience at this restaurant tonight. We arrived at the restaurant a little after 8:30 pm because their hours on Google and on their website say that they are open until 10 pm on Fridays. As soon as we opened the door the hostess, Kari S, which later turned out to be our waitress, frantically came over to us and rushed us to a table in the middle of the restaurant. When we asked to move to another table that was not located in the middle of the restaurant, she told us no as they were closing down half the (very small) restaurant. We agreed to stay at the middle table but we were extremely confused as to why they would be shutting down half the restaurant when their hours say they are open until 10. Our waitress rushed us to order as the kitchen and the entire restaurant was closing at 9 pm (because of Summer hours) and they needed our order right away. By the time we received our food it was a couple minutes after 9 and you could tell all of the workers wanted everyone out asap so they could close down. While we were sitting down we experienced multiple guests being turned down at the door very rudely by our server, another female server working, and the kitchen staff who were rolling their eyes and making nasty comments. The busser even locked the door on guests trying to come in when my family and two other tables were still inside. Isn’t that a fire hazard? While we were eating our server Kari was making us extremely uncomfortable as she was pacing around the restaurant frantically and offering us boxes before we were finished with our meal. To top it all off, they shut off the music and we heard one of the kitchen staff suggest to the other female server to play the song “Closing Time” which promptly played after his comment. We payed and left and we will never return and I will tell everyone I know to never come here.

This is a message to the owner of this restaurant. We know that the economy is horrible at the moment and restaurants in the SWFL area are struggling to survive. I would suggest you fire everyone who was working tonight as they do not care about customer service or making your guests feel comfortable AT ALL. If you agree with their actions tonight, I suggest you lock the doors permanently as I know myself and other guests would rather go somewhere where they feel welcomed by the staff no matter what time they come...

I rarely add reviews, cuz i am lazy to write them 😅 First i want to say - Excellent sevice, i was a server before and i know a good server when i see one ( Rachel was nice, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, gave a tour through the menu and its highlights, made sure to check on as promptly and we have wett napkins which usually servers forget to give etc ) Atmosphere was very nice , the real art on walls and ceilings was much appreciated and enjoyed!

But, ofcourse there is a “but” since i put 3 stars only. However my friends enjoyed their meals, i left somewhat disappointed. And i wouldn’t have wrote if i didn’t open my leftovers thinking to recook them and find a metal wire from cleaning supplies in my wings which you can clearly see it’s coming from inside of the wing in the attached picture. First of all , the table was sticky, felt uncomfortable to touch it, the celery that came with the wings had brownish ends which meens they where staying for long time in water ( longer than they should be served ), the wings itself had a great taste but felt a bit dry and somewhat kinda chewy, not tender which considerably killed my appetite barely pushing myself eat a 2nd piece( my friends wings looked otherwise, they ordered the most popular one in the menu that was served as a whole wing, the 1st one under wings section in the menu ) The handcut fries tasted great, but felt overly too greasy, maybe it’s my personal preference, as again- they tasted great! The dressings for both orders was awesome too, kudos to that !

So i would say, inspect your food well before eating it!

Update : Mr Toni ( hope i wrote it right ) gave a very plausible explanation to my concerns about the food and the sticky table ( the table is in process to be refinished as the old finish isn’t doing its protective job for the surface of the table ) . He was patient and very friendly on listening what i had to say and was ready to accommodate me to make it a...

Great food and drinks, but rude staff.

The food and beer is amazing, but management and staff can be a bit rude! I took my mother there for the first time a few weeks ago. We were greeted and sat immediately. I then went to go use the bathroom only to have the server yell from across the restaurant on the top of his lungs "That is the men's bathroom!" He made me feel a bit embarrassed and I did not appreciate being yelled at.

The next time we went there was for an early mother's day celebration this year. It was a group of about 7 of us. My sister arrived early and the manager sat her without all of us being there, but the manager knew this. The manager then went up to my sister and told her, after already seating her that "They do not usually do this and the party needs to get here soon" even though there were plenty of other open tables and my sister would have gladly waited for us to get there. Our server was then rude to my mother and sister and told them "all I ask you that you do not eat on our menus" as if we were savages. She later ripped the menu from under my sister-in-law's arms. The server had a very rude demeanor until my mother addressed her for her lack of customer service and rude behavior. The server then told my mom "I made need enough money this season. I don't need this table." It was a very rude response. The server changed her tone after the conversation, but she still had a chip on her shoulder and it was very apparent she did not want to take care of our table. We were polite and courteous; however we felt...

My kids and I were craving a wood/brick oven pizza. We searched and discovered Low Brow Pizza. The decor was very cool, lots of artwork and signs. Kind of reminded me of a hip looking dive bar back in NJ. They had a good mix of music playing classic rock, and great alternative music. The Food: We ordered the FaceMelter, The Maggie, and S'mores Pie. The Face melter was truly amazing. A mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. The sauce was flavorful, and the thin crust was cooked to perfection. We are big fans of thin crust Bar Pies, and this one did not disappoint. The "Maggie" was a basic standard pizza. It was tasty, and had fresh basil, and my kids gave it 2 thumbs up. They loved every bite. We also ordered the Wednesday Chicken wing special (Garlic Parm). We absolutely loved the way the wings turned out, and the crunchiness of the skin was done to perfection. Finally for dessert we ordered the S'mores pie. This was also very tasty, gooey and delicious. The service: Our waiter Randy was very attentive, and took great care of us. He even caught an error that was made in the kitchen. Right before serving the "Maggie pie" to my kids, he noticed that the Chef accidentally put Crushed Red Pepper flakes, and he didn't want to serve it to my kids like that. I really appreciated that. Overall: We were completely satisfied with everything at Low Brow. Everything was great. We will definitely come back (even if it's almost an hour away). If you're looking a a tasty Bar Pie, definitely make the trip to Low Brow.

Delicious pizza in a casual setting! This was hands down some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. We ended up trying to two weekly specials and they were both incredible - unique flavors on a delicious crust cooked to perfection. The pizzas are larger than a personal pizza and probably enough to split if you aren’t too hungry, but we were happy to leave with leftovers! The beer selection was good, but the pizza is what would have us coming back again (if only we lived in the area!). They do close on the earlier side (8:30pm on a Tuesday at the time we went), but the pizzas are quick to come out after you order, so that’s just something to keep in mind! The dining room is casual with open views into the kitchen where the magic happens. I saw at least one other review that the menu/language was inappropriate for children - maybe that was outdated but I didn’t see anything that was inappropriate (there are some punny/funny menu item names). They don’t claim to be fancy and they aren’t - but their pizza could stand up against many New York and Italian pizzas I’ve tried. I would love if they added a few more tables outside - we only saw 2 that were full when we got there.
