Similar experience to another reviewer. Chose this shop as the reviews looked great. My document to be framed was promised in 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later, no updates given until I called at 2 different points and was given 2 different explanations for the delay. Needless to say, I picked my unframed document up to take elsewhere....
