China 3 — Restaurant in East Petersburg

So I ordered $30 worth of food from these people, they advertise that you get free pork lo main with any order of $25 or more. I called and asked for 3 combination meals and one of them to substitute the pork fried rice for shrimp fried rice. They said it was going to be an extra $2.75 I held back and still ordered it. It gets better. I get there, they tell me that they can’t honor the free pork lo main and told me to take a can of soda. (Which is not even close to the value of the lo main) So before I gave a one star I told myself I’d at least give the food a chance, nope. Just opened my spare ribs with the shrimp custom order and they gave me 2 shrimp in the whole rice portion! Chicken was dry, barely any vegetables. My dogs don’t even want this. I called my order at 6:47pm, was told 20-25 mins, didn’t get to the store until 7:20pm told my order wasn’t ready. Customer walked in right before me and ordered food in the store, she got her food before I got mine, again I called mine in almost 30 mins prior, I also asked for special requests on certain dishes and they have never had any issues accommodating them. But after todays visit I will not be back any time soon. Waited a total of 25 mins in store for my food to get done. A total time of an hour from when I called it in. And also you run a restaurant not a daycare, don’t be letting your kid run back into the kitchen, didn’t wash hands reaching into things on the line. Breaking so many health codes. This is the only place that I will order takeout Chinese food. It doesn’t matter how you order it, they are the best around. I’ve been eating here for the better part of two years and they don’t miss. They always accommodate my allergies, Are always willing to make substitutions, and above all else they are fast. If I order pickup I never have to wait for my food. Everything from the lomein to the general tsaos. My favorite apps are the wontons, the dumplings, and the teriyaki beef sticks(oh my god they’re so good). And They always have great customer service. I’m not super close but it’s worth the twenty minute drive from east Lancaster because they are the best.
