Great WAWA and amazing staff. To address some of the low reviews here and help you decide if you want to go I’ve made a list of responses and solutions for the reported problems: (Honorable mention - there are no bags in the food service area besides kid meal and tiny soup bags, stop asking them and get it from self checkouts) 1- those Coffee flavors always close at all WAWA after a certain time based on sales numbers, so idk why that one guy was complaining about 6 flavors being down after 9pm when it’s normal no matter what day of the week it is. However if you really want any flavor that isn’t up you just have to ask the staff and wait the 5 minutes it takes to brew a half pot. 2 - If there is a problem with your food, like you got noticeably less than you should of or ingredients missing or wrong, they will usually offer you a refund or free replacement same day or future visit just call with your issue! 3 - If you like more cream cheese or butter or any other topping than most people just pick the extra option on the order screen! It’s quick and easy! If it’s something without that option just click special order and ask them when they call out your order number! Same method for any special request it’s a button available at the last order screen. 4 - No one has any reason to steal your keys it’s not the staffs fault if you lose them, and no they don’t have cameras at the coffee island they only have cameras facing the areas with money or entry points like most businesses for example registers, lottery machine, front doors, parking lot, etc. Why would they install a camera to watch people make their coffee? That would be “shady” 5 - If you are waiting for register on 3rd shift it’s probably because they are low staffed and just didn’t see...
Read more5:15 pm on a Monday…3 total employees scheduled That I could see. 15 people standing there waiting for their food. Took 25 minutes for the order to get out. This is a pretty normal experience for this location. The manager must care more about their bonus than actually providing Wawa customers with even a mediocre experience. I am a district manager for a retail company, these type of managers ruin the company with their own selfishness. Hopefully it catches up with them, or the District Manager figures out what’s going on and corrects it. All the employees that were scheduled were doing their jobs excellently and dealing with the pressure in a very productive way. They just needed at least 2, but probably more like 4 more people...

The young lady rung me out and never asked me my veteran status. As I was leaving out the door I heard her ask the white gentleman behind me his. I did not have time to go back in address the matter because I needed to get to work but it dishearten me that the assumption that because I am black and/or a woman that I would not be a veteran.
