I never liked scones until I ate them here. The scones are wonderful... Not dry and not too sweet, yet sweet enough to not to taste like a dry biscuit.
Service is great. The staff is kind and friendly. The venue is inviting, with several seating options: high tops, regular tables (large and small) and comfy couches and chairs.
The other food is yummy as well... Baked oatmeal, quiche and frittata, soups, muffins, cookies and cakes. The fruited bread pudding always looks so tempting, but I've resisted the urge to try it. They have great local yogurt with fruit and granola, and the potato rolls, stuffed with cheese and meat or veggies, are to die for... simply scrumptious! They even cut them and with egg make it into a breakfast sandwich.
I don't get the coffee much because I prefer espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccino) and they don't have an espresso machine, which anyone labeling themselves as a coffee shop should have... that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars....
Read moreI recently ordered a dozen gluten-free vanilla cupcakes and a dozen chocolate cupcakes from Geneva Bakery, and I could not be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was flawless.
The designs on the cupcakes were absolutely perfectâelegant, creative, and clearly crafted with great attention to detail. They looked almost too good to eat! But once I took a bite, I was blown away. The flavors were rich, decadent, and perfectly balanced. The gluten-free vanilla cupcakes were light and fluffy, with a taste that rivals (or even surpasses) any traditional cupcake Iâve ever had. The chocolate cupcakes were a dreamâdeep, velvety, and indulgent without being overly sweet.
Geneva Bakery truly delivered both in aesthetics and taste. Their ability to cater to dietary preferences without compromising flavor is impressive. I highly recommend Geneva Bakery for any occasionâtheyâve earned a loyal...
Read moreTiny little bakery/coffee shop tucked in the corner of a building. Almost drove right past it. Very small selection of eats, but all was delicious. The spinach artichoke roll was soft on the outside with chunky deliciousness inside. The loaded (M&Ms and mini marshmallows) rice krispy treat was okay. The peach cheesecake was great, especially when I got a chunk of juicy peach with the bite. The chocolate mousse cookie (chocolate chunk) was very good. The mousse wasn't too sweet which allowed for the cookies to shine. My daughter loved the oatmeal cookie, which she won in their trivia game. Clean place with very friendly and...
