They have a good selection, but 2/3 of the times I go in there, the staff just makes me feel unwelcome to shop there. I just stopped in for some circular knitting needles. I had the need size, but wasn't sure about the length. I sat down to open the needles, because I'm a visual person and needed to look at the length. I was told I wasn't allowed to open them to look at them. I was told the pattern would tell me. The pattern I have doesn't tell me. I'm not an experienced knitter. What an incredible shop and community. I first came in hoping to learn to crochet on my own but decided to sign up for their three lesson introductory class. I’m so glad I did. The instructors Carl and Hannah were patient and kind. I learned to crochet under their guidance and took off from there. Now when I need yarn or supplies this is my first and only stop. I adore this store. The owner and her family are just the best people ever, open to new ideas and supporting local crafters by featuring their products in the store. The yarn selection is top notch, whether you're looking for cotton for baby items or luxurious alpaca.
