We came in last night to have a blizzard and a chocolate covered cone. When we walked in we almost left upon smelling what can only be described as poop. I mentioned something to the young woman working there and she shrugged it off as if it was normal for a Dairy Queen to smell like feces. The blizzard we got was more like a milkshake than a thick blizzard. When I asked if they still had to turn the blizzards over to ensure their thickness, the girl said they no longer had to do the flip. If we had flipped it over it would have spilled all over the counter. Frankly, we will not return and I am honestly surprised the health department hasn’t been in for a visit. I noticed a sign congratulating the manager for operating this location for 10 years... I wonder if he’s just...
Read moreUsually, I love coming here. However, my last visit was a huge disappointment. The girls at the counter were really kind although I'm not sure they knew how to make everything. It's a big menu so I'm not really mad at them for that. Although, it does make it difficult to try new things when the staff is unsure. So, I played it safe and went for a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, my favorite. Let's just say it was more of a vanilla soft serve with an occasional bite of strawberry and cheesecake. Also, if I had flipped that blizzard over it would have poured right out on the counter. We'll give it a go,...
Read moreThis branch is TRASH. Unprofessional, lazy teenagers that close early when they want to and don’t make things the way they are supposed to. Milky blizzards that they don’t flip upside down for obvious reasons and small portions on classics is pure disrespect to the brand. Even our 9 year old said what’s wrong with this branch when we handed him his blizzard. Don’t take my word for it, go to any other Dairy Queen in the area and there is no comparison. We will not be returning ever, a gift card for triple what we spent wouldn’t bring me back to this branch. I would rather drive 20 minutes to Trooper...
