Tennessee's First Shopping Center — Local services in East Ridge

There are a lot of businesses in this complex. For lack of a better term, it is a mini-stripmall. There's a vet, UPS Store, a variety/general store. Divided in two, the other side beginning with Little Caesar's Pizza, the business space is tremendous, with. I believe a lot of rental space on the first floor, and business/office space located on the second floor, means this might be useful if someone is seeking a short-term to long-term office space, or on the first floor for office or store-front. Just FYI. It really is a prime area, lots of traffic to attract new customers, and the businesses that are there are thriving! And for the record, Google seems to believe that I manage this shopping center/strip-mall, HOWEVER I do not, indeed, have any interactions or managerial duties at this shopping center, nor am I employed there. This place is supposed to be TN's first shopping center, but it is slowly becoming more of a ghost town with plenty of empty store fronts all around. It's a mixed of retail, office space, and some food establishments all round the area. Lots of the older businesses that were here when I was younger are now gone. If anymore of the older establishments close down and leave then this place will be full of empty boarded up store fronts all around. Nothing new wants to come here and open because there's not enough foot traffic like there is on the other end of town next to the newly rebuilt freeway with all the brand new...

Overall,I'd rate it just okay,because it's not what it once was! Parking is pretty tight in most areas too. I'd have to rate the businesses in the strip mall.separwtly than the property as a whole. There is a Little Caesars Pizza here as.well as a Trump Campaign store,A Vetrinarian's office,a UPS store,a small Chinese by the plate take out restaurant ,discount clothing store, and a couple more small businesses.
