Be careful with this store. Sold services that were misleading. Store manager Nitasha, was extremely rude, was on her personal phone and MacBook the whole time while I was there between 3:30-4 Ish. All I wanted a receipt of the transaction that was made on June 26 as Tmobile charged me $455.29 for the 5G Home Internet device that was never taken out of the store. I destroyed the receipt because I was told don't worry about it.
This store manager was not welcoming and sas cold throughout the process. She refused to give a copy of the receipt or even let me take a picture of that receipt so that I can share with T-Mobile. She shared the receipt number in a non cooperative voice to the T-Mobile agent on the phone. Very deceptive service from this independent store that is NOT an authorized T-Mobile owned store. I came to found out that stores in malls are only T-Mobile stores. T-Mobile customer service was on the phone and listened to the whole incident and recodred the incident. I also recorded the whole incident because this same store tried to trick us the day we tried to get the services in June 2023 as well (tried to charge us restocking fee with in 1 hr at the store when we cancelled the 2 additonal lines with 1 phone upgrade and 5G internet trial service). Store manager Nitasha told me to leave the store when I challenged her and questioned her in a heated argument about the receipt and her behavior. I still don't understand why I can't have a copy of the void receipt that has my information on it. I was not asking for other customer receipt. According to Fair Consumer Act in NJ, I have the right to have that receipt.
I want consumers to be very careful doing business with this store unless they are transparent in their services. Do not destroy your receipts for few months. I told T-Mobile agent on the phone to do an investigation on this store as well as...
Read moreI went into the store with my mother. My mother's phone out of nowhere would not turn on. I went there thinking because I came to this place before to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile I thought they put insurance on my mom phone finding out they did not when the staff said they did. SO when I went to the store to get a trade on my mom phone they told me from not only the staff but THE MANAGER (that refused to talk to me) that I WOULD HAVE TO ONLY GET ANOTHER SET OF PHONES (with the broken one we have and pay for that too) AND PAY THAT OFF TO GET MY MOM A PHONE (remember: THAT BROKE OUT NOWHERE) I tried to ask for different solutions that would not break my pocket because it was my last bit of money and they said that was only solution. That would get me and my mom two Iphone 14 for free and we would only pay for the service. (that was the promotion) and I PAID $190 of my money on their mistake. The staff was very rude and, on their phone, the entire time. When I ask why do I have to pay extra when it was a mistake someone in this facility has done (not putting insurance on mom's phone) the staff response was "WE DID NOT MAKE HER PHONE BLACK ". I called T-MOBILE and found out the staff and the manager there scammed me and was doing BOGO Free promotion was putting service on all 4 of the phones. The T-MOBILE customer rep. on the phone was much nicer (not 100% ) and find some type of solution. I WILL BE CHANGING SERVICES AFTER I AM DONE WITH THESE...
Read morePLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS THIRD-PARTY LOCATION. RUDE, RACIST AND UNTRAINED STAFF FROM MANAGER TO ASSOCIATES.
This store is not an official T-Mobile store; it's just an authorized retailer licensed by T-Mobile, and my experience here was nothing short of appalling. I visited hoping to get a Pixel 9 Pro through T-Mobile's trade-in program, only to be met with complete incompetence. The employee (claimed to be the assistant manager), who seemed utterly untrained, claimed I wasn't eligible for the trade-in, dismissing my request without even verifying the details.
Frustrated, I contacted T-Mobile directly once I got home, and a T-Mobile agent confirmed that the store's refusal was incorrect. Together, we called the store to address the issue. Instead of correcting his error, the employee doubled down, speaking to both the agent and me with blatant disrespect and hostility, even making racially charged remarks. He actually went as far as to say, "I won't do business with you," as though he had the authority to override T-Mobile's policies.
This employee’s behavior was unprofessional, rude, and shockingly prejudiced. My advice to him (you know who you are): treat all customers with respect, regardless of age or race. This kind of attitude will get you nowhere, and it certainly reflects poorly on...
