TLDR: Service took over 1/2 hour for food I just want to start off by saying I love five guys and the food that I got on 4/23 was on point and that is the only reason I’m rating them two stars. I have also eaten at this particular location before a while ago with no issues. Below is a picture of my receipt that I took while waiting for my food, and the time stamp. At 7:31 my order was placed and by 7:57 I had still NOT gotten my food. Normally I would have been done eating at this point. IT TOOK OVER HALF AN HOUR FOR FOOD TO COME OUT. Now, I’ve worked in retail, including food service, for over a decade and generally give workers the benefit of the doubt when it comes to slow service, but this was just horrendous. I have ZERO clue what they were doing, and apparently they didn’t either. They were switching work stations with each other often, arguing, and clearly overwhelmed (there wasn’t a line or rush but somehow the whole dining room filled up with people just waiting for food). I don’t know if it was everyone’s first day on the job (clearly not) or if they were all about to quit, but nobody knew what they were doing, which orders were first or last, or how to work together. I’ve never had to make a review but this poor service warranted it. Hopefully whoever reviews this account sees this and fixes it. That’s my main goal with this post, along with warning others.

Unfortunately, my visit here was pretty disappointing. I arrived for lunch around 12:15 p.m. and was the only customer in the restaurant. Two employees were busy washing windows, and I stood at the counter for a while before anyone came to take my order. When someone finally came out from the back and asked, “What can I get you?” the lack of energy and the empty atmosphere already left a poor first impression. The burger itself was good, but the fries were a big letdown. For $5.19, the portion was surprisingly small and nothing like the generous servings I remember from Five Guys years ago. There weren’t any extra fries in the bag, just the small portion shown in my photo. Overall, between the unwelcoming vibe and the skimpy fries, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Was very pleasantly surprised. My first time at a Five Guys burgers and fries. Was much more than I expected. Bacon cheese burger was made to order fresh right in front of me. Not frozen or premade and waiting on a warmer. Also tasted like better meat. Definitely thicker patties. Fries were also fresh. Thicker cut than a fast food place. Taster as well. Soda was bottomless from a fountain. Serve yourself. Really surprising thing was free peanuts. Fill cup and take to your table. The atmosphere was designed to look like old 50s malt shoppe. Was overall a really good experience and a tasty filling meal. Was more pricey than a fast food restaurant, but was also way above those quality wise. Would definitely go again. Recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet.

Never had a problem with a Five Guys until this location. Walked in and stood there for a good 5 minutes without even being greeted while 2 employees were standing RIGHT there. Finally I got a single raised finger indicating "one moment". The guy who took our order finally must have been straight up living dead - he was the SLOWEST, most sluggish, disinterested human being I've ever seen. We wait an abnormally long time for 2 burgers and a little fry to be done, especially considering the restaurant is completely void of people and has been since we walked in. Finally our fry comes out sans Cajun seasoning even though the receipt clearly indicated we ordered it. We give them back and the guy dumps the entire bag back that we've had our hands in back into the community receptacle to reseason them which... seems to be a hygiene issue but what do I know. He then proceeded to add the Cajun seasoning to the point where the fries came out bright orange and were unbearable to even eat. My burger was thankfully fine, my my other half was missing more than half the things he asked for on his burger... again it was remade for him which was nice but either this guy was trying to overcompensate for the errors or he was being a sarcastic jerk and overdoing things on purpose but the burger came out SO messy, sopping with sauce and structurally unsound that it was impossible to eat normally. Not to mention the SEVERAL times the entire staff disappeared into the back house. Or the countless times the one kid who was supposed to be "cleaning" and was on his phone and ineffectively passing a rag over the same corner and not cleaning anything at all. There were some pretty serious health concerns we witnessed as well.

The establishment is just not managed well, dirty, and has ZERO customer...
