Really disappointed with a specific salesmen. After the first day, test riding the bike I wanted and working out the final cost, I decided to go home and come back the next day to purchase the bike. The price on their dealership website never changed but the bike brands price did change overnight. After returning, installing a rear rack and getting my information to purchase. The salesperson did not inform us of the overnight price increase and what was originally $1300 was now $1600. This salesperson blames government tariffs for the overnight change but did not inform us of the charge to begin with nor did he care about the list price on their own website (which was not adjusted to that price increase) after a near argument over nothing can be done on the price he eventually gave in to the original price the day before.
I ended up purchasing the bike and I’m very happy with it but I feel like this is a problem that needs to be addressed at this specific location in their management. If a price is changed you need to give that information to who you are selling to and adjust your website to reflect that price increase. I’ll be honest it was kinda fun to break this guy down and it honestly makes the bike even better that this guy had to roll over and give us what we were originally looking at the day before. My only hope is that the dealership and or that specific salesperson sees this and has to relive that we gotcha buddy and you’ve been haggled by the...
Read moreWe did not have a pleasant bike buying experience. It was crazy busy there, bikes were flying out the door one after another, and the same salesmen were also selling used cars. First, we should have been fitted to the bikes before we left. We got home, and my wife couldn't ride her bike!!! With the Suntour Post and Rear Rack combination, my wife's seat is around 9" too high for her! The rack raises it 5", then you need another 4" or so above the rack for the seat suspension to work. You can’t sell this combination to shorter people. We had to take the rear rack off to get the seat down. Having to run back to the Poconos for a checkbook, as you charge for credit card, then waiting over 2 hours for what we were told would be a 15 minute assembly, was not a pleasant experience. Being passed from one salesman to another and then back again during a $4K sale was uncomfortable ("sorry, your salesman is busy negotiating a car loan"). I know you were busy, but maybe on days like these you should ask some people to come back another day so you can properly serve each customer. Additionally, they do not reply to Facebook messages or email. Not...
Read moreMax’s electric bike’s in Easton, PA is hands down your best bet if you’re in the market for an E-bike! Whether you’re ready to buy or just starting your research, Shawn the sales manager and Pat the assembly technician are extremely helpful and knowledgable in all the ins and outs of their products. The reliability and security of purchasing from a retailer is well worth the small assembly fee they charge, if any issues arise you simply take it back to them and they will handle getting your bike back on the road. The service I received while at the shop was truly 5-star, they encouraged me to try all of the bikes I had any interest in, to feel the difference in component functions and ride feel. I left feeling secure in my decision of the Velotric Discover E-bike that I purchased! Thanks again Shawn and Pat I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and family in the market...
