My New Place Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Easton

I recently moved to the area from jersey and I’ve been having quite the time trying to find a pizza place around here that’s actually really good. So as corny as it may sound, I truly did find “my new place” (lol had to do it). Everything is excellent. Great thin crust pizza like I’m used to with tangy sauce and quality cheese. Awesome subs with fresh rolls and choice cold cute. Cheesesteak is my favorite so far! Meat is cooked perfectly and it’s just the right amount of cheese and onions. I tried the California tonight and I did not expect sauce on top and I called to let them know it was wrong but they politely informed me that it says on their menu that they put sauce on top. I wish I tasted it before I made the call because it ended up being delicious. I’m actually gonna order it like that every time but here’s the best part: they surprised me with another cheesesteak just as I expected it, even though I was definitely in the wrong. That’s exceptional customer service! I was genuinely impressed and just overall felt like I was dealing with good people. I truly feel at home now that I’ve found my pizza parlor. I spent over $200 there in the last two weeks because there food was good. They took my wife and her crazy requests. Delivered food prior to the time they "suggested." Well tonight hurt my heart because I grown to love such a small pizzeria in such trying times. I got hair in my food. The young man in charge reassured me everyone in his establishment wore hats and told me my replaced food would be there in 15 minutes. Turns out he was wrong twice. My food wasn't here the first time... On time. And when it was it was cold and had hair in it. The second time no one had gloves on and the hat thing was a complete lie. I assume he never expected me to come into store. But anyway. The wife called them and everything was kosher. He said I'll send new food in 15 minutes. Fantastic!!!!! It took them another 1hr and 05 minutes to get to the door as I was already on my way to return the food that was messed up to the store for a refund. The young man wasted my time and my gas to refuse my refund of food that wasn't touched. I will never come back to a place that didn't want to make right on $12 worth of food when I spent over $200 there in less than two weeks. They lost $400 worth of business a month over $12 and were rude in...

I drive an 18 wheeler and I can't drive my truck wherever or whenever I want to because I am under D.O.T. rules and more importantly my truck and trailer do not fit in most parking lots. I might of even been a little out side there range of delivery but they didn't say anything about that to me. The owner or manager just asked me what I would like to order. I had the pepperoni pizza with 10 wings and a 2 liter bottle of ginger ale. The wings were great. Because they are deep fried not soggy and under cooked like domino's. The pizza was very good hot when it was delivered and cold when I had some later and again even later when I micro waved it. This was my first time in the area like so many other places in the u.s. I travel to. So if I do come back here I definitely will call this restaurant again very nice people and the delivery guy was very friendly. I never order from any restaurant's until I read the reviews and they had good reviews. So now I have started writing reviews because they are very important to people like me. I only want to help those restaurants that have good food and friendly employees because they deserve the recognition and this...
