For a customer driven store the retail part of it is very primitive and still have the feeling that customer need them instead of they need the customers after all the customer is going to make you or break you but you get the feeling at this store that the employee are either nasty people to begin with or hate their job. Just a few examples of the things they do ........Do not answer the phone on a timely manner and they do they make wait until you get tire of being there and they promise you that they will call you back. Which never happens....And when you finally have some one they do not even say good morning or afternoon, they sound grumpy and unintelligent. is not like use to be back in the 80's when they treated you like you were part of the group. I have been going to this store since I was back and high school and my parents before that but right now i found a different store to go to where every one is happy and friendly..................They are not the only game in town and they should revamp the whole operation because is no different on the wholesale part of it..............horrible...
