Five Guys — Restaurant in Eastpointe

The only reason they got 1 star is the food is great, that is when you get your correct food/order. I have probably been to this location 6 times, and the order has been wrong EVERY time. I follow a low carb diet, so always order bacon cheeseburger (2patties) in a bowl and an extra patty/cheese. They have yet to give me a correct order. They always forget the extra patty. After always getting wrong order, I make sure to check. Well this last time, I saw the guy packing the orders and he said to the girl at the grill "this is supposed to be a triple"... so finally I am thinking to myself "wow someone pays attention here" .. so I see the cook place an extra patty on my burger. Great, finally a correct order....WRONG! I get home and to my surprise see only 2 patties on each. So yes, I was supposed to get 3 patties on each, and the cook was only going to give me 1 on each. SMH. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location. Yes, if you tell them there they messed up your order when you are in the restaurant, they will remake the whole order, but that takes along time and not always doable when on way into work. definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Customer service is below zero. I ran late picking up my order about 5 min after 10. Tried calling around 9:40, literally the line was busy. I couldn’t get no one on the phone. It’s like they had already turned the phones off or something. So I get there , they ignored me at the door even though they had seen me. I seen the one dude look at the multiple bags of food before finally coming to the door. He claims they threw all the food away for the night and that I’d have to get a refund in the morning. I’m like y’all definitely are full of of it . Who really throwing away 60 dollars of good food in the trash. I know they didn’t because I worked in fast food and we definitely didn’t throw food in the trash right when we closed we cleaned up and if they came before we broke everything down we’d give them the order. It was fine with one employee but not so much when the other showed up. Her obvious bad mood brought the whole vibe down. 1st visit to ever try the food. 20 bucks for a burger and fry is high but okay if it's good enough all around. To me not worth it. Yes the burger is worth the accolades but combined with the service and the employee that came in and took over no. So I watch as she takes a bunch of old soggy fries, over salts and flips them into a container and then dumps more into the bag as I see a fresh fry coming up, and hands me the bag. Ugh and well with the attitude I just walked out and wished the other person good luck. No combos on the menu, no ranch to sell? and when I asked about the price it was said they make their meat fresh?
