Jen and Amber were amazing. We had issues on the corporate side setting up a few devices. They made the transaction as easy as possible and worked very hard to make it smooth for me. Recommend stopping in and talking to either of them . Edit- bill arrived and I was lied to. When I went in in December for a new phone they had a promotional sale for a watch and tablet for $.99 a month. I asked Jen and the manager right away about the promotion. I asked if it is a cellular plan or if they can be just Bluetooth since I didn't need cellular. I was told yes. I went into the store when the bill arrived. I talked to Jen and Amber they admitted that I ask these questions and they said I was able to get Bluetooth only. They said they were not able to fix this issue. We called corporate. They said the manager would be the one to fix this issue.They messaged and called their manager Chris. They said he would be reaching out tomorrow. This was Friday Jan 31st. No response. I have called the store every day with the same answer that Chris has my information and will be reaching out. It has now been 8 more days. Same response everytime. Apparently stuck with an additional $500 a month now for things I specifically asked about and was lied to. If you want to be lied to, pay a bunch of money for things you don't want and be treated poorly this is your store. Read moreWhen we walked in last week the store manager was pleasant and answered all my questions. They were extremely helpful i thought and made comments about how they've never hooked up a watch before so together we got it linked. Went back in yesterday, exactly a week later, to the same store manager to get help with my sons amigo watch cause it only worked while on the wifi at home which defeats the purpose. A hour goes by with them fiddling and they comment now they can't even connect it to the app. Another customer walks in and says they want an upgrade. They slide my phone and the watch back to me and tell me to go home and call the help center cause there is nothing more they can do. I was pretty much dismissed as they just got up and walked to the guy who just entered. Like what! Poor customer service just kept having me uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone for over a hour and must have gotten frustrated since they sent me to the Spanish line next. I eventually got pushed up to someone who decided it wasn't worth the effort to help troubleshoot what the store manager "broke" but is just sending me a new one since i am in my 2 week trial period. Edit: Jen & Amber are both very nice individuals although I feel some more training is involved. We were told lots of things that ended up not to be true once our first bill rolled around. We stopped in to the store to question the bill and weren't really provided any answers, Amber just kept pointing out the "great deals and savings" on our bill even though it was quite a bit more than Jennifer said it would be. We were pretty much told sorry this is the correct amount for your bill although we were quoted much less. Didn't receive much sympathy or apologies for the misinformation.
