Well, it's been a full year, and we are still absolutely thrilled with Jacqui's GORGEOUS engagement ring she created! The best part about working with Jaqueline is her genuine care, engaging all her skills and resources into our project from start to finish. From our first walk-in consultation, she patiently and professionally led us through the entire process from conception, design, procurement, materials, finishing touches, and beyond. She was fully transparent every step of the way. You'll see the other reviews mention this as well - she took every twist and turn with patience and grace.

What was truly impressive was how you could feel her full focus and attention every time we communicated. First educating us, aiding in conceptualizing the project, she took our examples and found inspiration of her own. Jacqui creatively and professionally found a way to blend everything together in a meaningful and beautiful way. It was beyond our expectations, and you could feel her care throughout the many months long process.

Not only did she create an absolutely magnificent piece (for a very fair price), she fully leaned into the project in a way that made it that much more special. Yesterday was absolutely amazing! My wedding set was scrapped by my jeweler, they damaged it beyond repair, then scraped it. I had been trying to find a new ring for a couple years. Very unsuccessful because I wanted my ring. I am a very sentimental person, I was married with my ring not a different one. I did find a ring that looked like mine and purchased it, it was still wrong, just a ring. My wonderful friend referred me to Jacqueline Renee Jeweler. Omg you guys she is amazing! I love her personality, I loved her work and she made me feel very comfortable in leaving my ring with her. She messaged me every step of the way in the process of my ring. Yesterday I got my ring back, it is gorgeous, it is better than it was when we purchased it, it is solid, it was custom built with my ring and made to last a lifetime!!!! I was so happy I cried. Yep and I am not a cryer. Rude, we used her before, seemed Great at first, second time I used her, we had to drive to her home, a little home, but we were happy, third time I sent my wife's ring to her only to be greeted with an ultra high price, and I asked if it was worth fixing, she told me to do my own research if the ring was worth it, just Plain out right rude, I said you do appraisals, andethought she could at least give us an idea if it was worth it or not, she wanted to charge me $100, to appraise it..I said I don't need an appraisal just if it was worth it since I bought it years ago at a good price. By the way she fixed the same problem before, so thinking it was shoddy work in the first place, maybe that's why.. but now wants to send it back per her cost to get rid of me I guess...I was willing to pay the fee, just wanted to know if she thought it was worth it or not, don't tell me to go out and do my research, your a certified gemologist for pete's sake, and makes rings for a living? just a blow off...am i'm the one...
