Was having obvious carburetor problems with my 2002 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100. Knowing that Throttle Addiction worked on carbs, I called and left a message for Seth, who called me back on his day off. I explained the symptoms, and a few days after I dropped off the bike he responded with both a phone call and photos showing the issues. I bought a Fuel Reserve from the website about 2 months ago and I was expecting it to be high quality but the whole Fuel reserve bottle was very very thin,It seems like if you accidentally drop it then it will break. Terrible customer service. Order has been in their local post office for 2 weeks now and they refuse to send me another package or even cancel and refund my money. Countless emails and now phone calls and they still refuse to help until they receive the original shipment back even though it’s been in their local post office 8 different times now.
