After having an appraisal done years ago and reading reviews online, we decided to stop by the store. We were immediately disappointed that there were only a few engagement rings in the store. We talked to Donna who gave us information about finding rings online. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked if they could customize rings based on styles we had seen (combine certain features of multiple rings). She said that it was possible. After looking at their vendor sites I wound up sending a few pictures of rings from other places. I didn't hear back from her and had to ask several times for an update. After a couple of weeks she finally replied and said that she couldn't find a similar ring through any of her vendors. We are disappointed by lack of communication through the customization process, being told that they do custom rings when they really just set stones in rings they get from somewhere else and wasting so much...

Mark created a custom pendant for me that is absolutely gorgeous! His work is impeccable! Recently, I made a big mistake. When I was on vacation, I lost a stone in a ring (not one of Mark's) and I went to a jewelry store in a high end district in the Caribbean. I purchased a ring that needed to be sized and I entrusted them to replace the small diamond I had lost in my other ring BIG MISTAKE! They did absolutely horrible work. I took my rings to Mark and he resized my rings and removed the WHITE gold the awful jeweler put in my 18kt YELLOW gold ring and fixed their crude work.
