I just went here after trying to order our dinner on the app three times on two different devices and it wouldn't work. So I went in and although I sympathize it was extremely hard to communicate what I wanted and needed as both employees working spoke very little English. I ordered two six inches and a wrap and was asked over and over so a footlong? I asked for what comes on the sandwich from the menu bored. Was told I was supposed to pick what I wanted and they didn't know what was supposed to come on the sandwich so I had to read their bored for them. Because of the communication barriers I didn't get exactly what I wanted on two of them. Also while she made my wrap she stepped away and touched the register and receipt paper than came back and touched my food with the same gloves she just touched everything else with. The pop dispensers stick and stay on so you have to touch the gross sticky thing to manually make it stop. My pop was also low on syrup and tasted like flavored water. By the time I left with $50 worth of food that wasn't made the way I asked I was just done and wanted to leave. I am all for every background of person making a life here in the country made from imagrants. However maybe a person that speaks good English should be on shift with them until they learn the menu as I am sure it was just as frustrating for them as it was for me. It's just when you spend over $50 on dinner you want what you wanted not whatever they can understand. Half of everything ended up not being eaten and thrown. My wrap was doused in pepper that I didn't want and than doused in pepper corn ranch so it was hot to say the least. The glove thing was the worst part of it all and really grossed me out especially during cold and flu season. Because of the hygiene issues bad pop and high price for a mediocre subs and wrap I will not be returning to subway as a whole. I'd rather have firehouse subs or really any other sub places...
Read moreVERY disgusted with the cleanliness of this particular location. At 5pm I arrived to get a footlong sub. I ordered a sub and was appalled to see bugs CRAWLING ALL OVER THE VEGGIES. They looked like gnats crawling on the cucumbers and tomatoes. When I told the lady who was making my sub she looked down at them and tried to swat them away.. She then asked me if I would like anything else on the sub, although she had already put the contaminated veggies on my sub. She did not exchange the containers, apologize, or even really acknowledge the amount of bugs digging into the veggies and the contamination that was occurring. I was absolutely disgusted and told her I did not want a sandwich anymore as I had lost my appetite. The man working with her began to help out the two men behind me as if nothing had happened. It being 5pm, I would have assumed that they would want to change out the containers immediately for the dinner rush.. I do not think I will ever trust a subway again. Read moreNegative star......I am beyond disgusted with this business. On Wednesday August 14 I got a sub here, on the way to my car I dropped my wallet in the parking lot. I then got a message on Facebook from a young lady saying she turned my wallet into this subway. When I made it back there the next day they knew it had been there but nobody seems to know where it was so they gave me the managers number. I couldn't get ahold of her so I went in the following day again. And again, they knew it had been there but they couldn't find it. Even after the cops were called and the owner showed up, however I never seen him. They supposedly looked at tapes and they weren't working. All this is very sketchy. And in the end I still dont have my wallet.....no apology no explanation no nothing.
