Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Please read to the end: Today i called the East ridge Toppers in Eau Claire, Wi only to be forwarded to the Chippewa Falls Store. I placed my order and waited approximately 50 min which was right on the money for their given ETA. At that point i recieved a phone call from a very confused Delivery driver. It seems that the Eastridge store had forwarded me to the wrong Store as I was in Eau Claire not Chippewa Falls.(I had given them my hotel name and address but they didnt realize it due to chippewa falls having a hotel of the same name.)

So I called Eastridge back and asked for a manager. The manager there was extremely apologetic, took my order, forwarded it to the correct store who then called me to confirm and delivered my food within 20min free of charge.

Not only was the customer service recieved from my complaint and handle wonderfly but the Food was absolutely amazing. I had the BBQ bacon mac and Bacon Styx. This was my first ever experience with this Franchise and i would happily give them my...

Once again toppers had let me down. My wife ordered food got home and the wings she ordered were drowning in what spelled like ranch but was supposed to be garlic Parmesan. She called to see if she got the right wings and the person on the phone didn’t have any answers. All they could say was let me put you on hold, 20 minutes later my wife just hung up. If this was the first time they had messed up I’d let it slide but it seems 4 out of 5 times we order they mess something up and don’t make it a priority to fix it. Well I can honestly say I am done with toppers. Their food and service has declined and there are so many better pizza places now that are equal in price. today was the first time we have ordered Toppers Pizza and I was so impressed the the young man that delivered our pizza. He had come to the home but never got out of the car because he had to go back to the store the pizza had slipped off his seat and was not recoverable so he went back to the office and they proceeded to make us 2 new pizza's when he got here the second time he gave us the pizza and said your pizza is free today.
